Oh, I was confused! I thought both of the posts above mine were from you. Not often I get multiple two digit usernames at the same time, haha. But the answer still applies to you as well :)

@mp to answer your question directly (and it is you I meant to apologize for the delay too), I expect to be able to fill your order on the 12th of this month.

Thanks!

Sorry for the delay, my supplier in China has taken longer than expected to get my order to me. I am hoping to see them tomorrow or early next week and all orders will be filled within a few days of getting them

Hello I am curious if you are still back ordered? I saw in your post that you were waiting on the 13th but hopefully you can start shipping now.

Thanks!

How is the shipping does the box say vapepower, I live with my parents while I'm going to college and I don't really want them to get a package that says "vapepower" on it ya know.

Assuming your getting a battery, the unit will be coming in an unmarked Canada post bubble mailer, with the item inside declared as an "RC Hobby Battery" and sent from my own personal name and address.

As well, if you are using a credit card the charge will show up as "PAYPAL*" and my real name. As someone who's been in a very similar situation, discreet shopping is very important to me. There are not even instructions or documentation in the envelope to indicate what the battery might be used for, that's all on the website instead.

I dropped my arizer solo from about a meter above my tile. It worked fine for two weeks but then I tryed to use it a red light appeared on the charge light without displaying the energy level. The unit would automatically turned off shortly after being turned on. I charged it all night for 9 hours and saw the green light was still blinking, I turned it on to see a power level of 6, and it started heating up. I used it twice and plugged it into a charger and later a similar problem emerged when trying to heat it up. I would turn it on and a power level of 4 would show with the 3 and 4 lights blinking, then after selecting the heat the solo would keep shutting off while preparing to heat without showing the charge led red like before though. I then plugged it into the charger and tryed to heat the unit up while plugged, a red charge light appeared after selecting the temp and would resume charging again. After about an hour I tryed to heat it up while it was plugged in again and it began heating with proper function. After two consecutive sessions I charged it. Now it has been 24 hours of charging, still the solid green light has not appeared and I have not been able to use it because it will shut off as it prepares to heat like the past problems. The power level is 5 when I turn it on and the lights of 3,4,5 would be blinking. Would a new battery fix my problem? Thank you for your time.

CentiZen,
I was curious if you indeed received your shipment of Solo batteries and currently have them in stock? I was planning to order one this weekend as my current solo battery is getting a bit long in the tooth.

many thanks,
Todd

Hey there @iron Labor, sorry to hear about your Solo. I can't say for sure if this is a battery issue or not, but if you were to order one and then later find out that it does not fix the issue, then you can return it for a refund. It certainly sounds as if something in the battery has gone bad, though.

Hey there everyone,

I've did not receive the order on Monday like I had expected to, our package was delayed until today. My supplier opens at 10 and usually gets the mail processed by 1 or so, so I am hopeful I will be able to go over and pick them up today. From there it will be nonstop battery production for me, and then testing and order processing to get as many orders as I can before the end of the week. Everyone will receive an shipping email when their order has gone out, and if anyone wants a more detailed ETA on their order please PM me with your order number.

EDIT:

Hey guys, I just got off the phone with my supplier and we are still waiting on that package. We are both in a pretty bad position without these batteries, me because I can't fill orders and them because they have no stock of one of their most popular batteries. We are doing everything we can to get things expedited, but their supplier in China is saying it could be as late as next week because of the Chinese holiday. I sincerely apologize for the delay and welcome anyone with further concerns about their order to contact me via email or PM. Thanks, Michael.

Just wanted to say thanks. I got my batteries in today - they were ordered first of Feb but were out of stock then. Luckily I must got on the last batch before this current out of stock issue. Anyways - battery install was a piece of cake, they were fully charged, and am happily puffing away on my newly restored solo. Thanks again CentiZen, I'm very happy with my purchase. mp

i don't need a battery replacement yet, my solo is still new (a week old) but I like to keep my option open....

one question.....
I have seen the battery replacement video and read some instructions.

will the internal plastic "battery shell" with the clips still fit with the High Capacity battery, or not?
I think I saw that somewhere mentioned.

Hi there tdriver,

The plastic shell backing does not fit back on the solo one the battery is installed. The battery takes up all available space in the battery chamber, so the solo casing fits on snugly and there is no rattle.

Thanks,

Michael

Been hard at work over the past few days getting the latest batch of cells ready. The part that takes the longest time is getting them all charged and tested, each of the batteries go through one full discharge on a piece of equipment that meters their capacity and then get charged up to go out to users.

Those of you with order numbers between #129 to #160 will be receiving one of the batteries from this batch, and more cells are on the way for the most recent orders. Thanks for the support everyone!

Hey there, that would have been unfortunate. But as it turns out, I miscounted the first time around and have an extra one that will be going to your order. That being said I'm hoping to receive the next batch by the end of the week.

Right now I am grappling with some issues with Canada Post and PayPal shipping that are introducing an unexpected delay in letting me create and print labels. If worse comes to worse I'll have to go into the Post office and mail them manually, but I'm hoping they can get the Shipinaclick system fixed shortly so I don't have to do that. The poor post office ladies have come to dread my face.

Oh! Well that's great (in my case). And aw man see that's the issue with sending out plenty of small packages. Sorry you have to go through all this & I sincerely thank you for your work.

Any update on this? The last email I got stated that the order was complete but no information about shipping. Hopefully this can ship out soon as I have been waiting for a couple of weeks already plus this is going to the USA so shipping will be even longer.

Thanks!
Edit: Just took a look and I saw that mine didn't include tracking haha. So I am assuming if it's marked complete it has been shipped right?
