Arizer Solo

This has probably been explained somewhere within the 892 pages, I see where there are screws in the bottom of the Solo. So I would unscrew the the bottom and that exposes the battery?
So is it easy to take out the old battery, for us not so talented folks.

I think, cause I couldn't do it, the screws are the hardest part if you get centi's premade batts. He has a thread here...........damn it he posted while I was writing....................yea centi.

You need the right size screw driver and you know I don't remember something IIRC 002 whatever that means or maybe nothing:rofl:

What is the newest current model for the Solo? Some are saying M1C1 and some are saying the M1D/1/2/

Also where is the best place currently to purchase one? Been searching for about an hour and most are out of stock or look dodgy. Prefer somewhere cheap and that has the new models. I'm in the UK but don't mind buying from the USA.

thanks

I just received my Solo from eBay. It's advertised as the newest model, but I received a M1C1 unit. Is it worth it to trade in for a M1D2? Also it's a silver Solo but I'm hoping to trade it in for a black one. On top of that they sent me the wrong case (it came as a package deal), so I could trade that in for the right one while I'm at it. Thoughts? Worth the trip to the post office? I have other devices to hold me over until it gets here, and I haven't picked up the water piece I was gonna pair with it, so the wait isn't a big deal.

@ataxian let's get it on breh!

BTW, no step down adapter needed to do this with my M1D2... ;)

Yes.

To further clarify, I have it plugged in to the wall charger supplied with the @Pipes AIO stand, WITHOUT needing to use his step down converter. This should also work with the OEM Arizer charger. Its much more convenient not having to swap out pieces when going from charging to PA use!

This should also be a real bonus when using the car adapter IMO.

Well looks like I will be getting a new solo . I am going to wait a bit longer for my info or pipes and OF to take the plunge first . This is actually now looking up to be a great option barring any damaging info about batts and stuff we learn from the masters:tup:. Now if that all shakes out to be ok on the batts I would say PA all the way so that means extra in the solo purchase as it was in da old days. Maybe if again this shakes out to be ok arizer will change the stock charger to the PA type:shrug:
