Focused on the PD, blurry glass looks like dirty glass. Oh well, more consideration into the next pic I suppose. :p

I've been enjoying a Myrtlezap and now I'd like to give Purple Days a go. I was looking at cherry since it runs a bit warmer and looks nice. However, the Fiddle-back Maple looks absolutely gorgeous. Is there any word on how well Maple performs? I don't think I can pass up on an opportunity to get a vape made out of that beautiful grain unless it has some serious flaws.

Well, I'm glad your thinking of joining the PD family. We love new members! I am not sure about the temperature of Milk's custom PD, or if you could get that kind again. Shoot Tom and Pammy and E-mail about that. I believe he bought the block himself and sent it in. I'm sure you will get a quick and helpful response :) . I can say the black walnut that I bought runs very warm, the abv is always a consistent dark brown and I get very nice bong rips and impressively dense gravity bong pulls. Hope that helps a bit! :)

That does help, thank you. :) I like my MZ, but getting a different type of wood would be nice to compare. Since I already have a MZ, why not go for the PD this time? I mainly got the MZ because of shipping time, and now I don't need to concern myself with that, so its most likely the best way to go. And if its of a beautiful Fiddle-Back Maple, that'd be even better. Getting a piece of wood would be a pain, but Cherry is always an option, so no worries.
