Discontinued ThermoVape

I have my ThermoVape with long mouth piece for one week. The first couple of hits I did gave really big vapor hit, but I have not been able to repeat. I still get medicated but not like the first time. I new to vape so not sure if I am doing it right. I let it warm up for 10 seconds then slow inhale while holding button. Is this the right technique? One thing I notice is it does not get as hot as the first time I used it. I rotate batteries and only use fully charged each time.

Try to clean the holes in the mouthpiece and bowl. Also wipe it down with ISO, let it dry.

Don't pull slow, it works better with more airflow - so the heat moves around the herb. Pull faster!

Try to hold it straight up/down, instead of sideways.

See if you get better vapors!

If this doesn't work maybe something else is dirty and stuck...but try those things first.

Thank you! I will try that and post back.

While this might not be the case here (I think it is....), it is very important. The herb only heats up if you're pulling air through it. Pull too slow and all you ever get is warm, never hot enough. I suggest a 'medium' pull, time it such that it takes 15 to 20 seconds to fill your lungs as a starting point. Expect serious production to show up toward the end of that at first. Pull a little harder to get there (to the production point) faster. Slack off the pull to slow the production. If you stop dead, the heat transfer stops and stuff starts cooling off.

And remember to mix between hits so you have a different path through the load for the air next time.

Hang in there, you know it can work, all you need to do is understand the rules.

does anybody know if the $20.00 shipping discount applies to the revolution too.

Yes it does. It applies to anything we sell.

Anybody in Canada know how long it took their thermovape to ship?
The tracking number still shows that it's in California. Ordered on Friday night.

There is a "shipping time" calculator on most shipping companies websites...I use that whenever I want to get a good idea of when to expect my package.

Bit the bullet! It's time for a new toy anyway, I hope it doesn't take too long to reach MD!

Edit: I'd really like to see some more accessories and possibly a carrying case on Thermovape, you'll at least have my support haha!

Mine was almost 10 days or so? Same side of the continent too... and the tracking info was useless after the first day. It said "in transit to sorting facility" even after it showed up at my door. Probably would've been better to bite the bullet and spend more on faster shipping, but patience is a virtue, right? ;)

p.s. im always getting herb and resin clogging up the holes on my cap piece so i added a screen... i still get the same herb and resin build up but not as often and a lot more easier to clean.
Do you have any more info of pics on this? I was considering this because I've had a vaporgenie for a while and always used to powder all of my bud before vaping. But witht he TV, I can't because it's just sift through and burn up in the heater.

Still think TV should update their site so that once you click on a product to read the info about it, it stops moving. It's annoying that half way thru a sentance the page moves again and you have to scroll back to find your place. :2c:

Am I alone on this??

It doesn't seem to happen to me - what browser (and version #) and os, and what page does this? I can try to replicate the glitch.

Drives me nuts too... if all the photos were the same size, it would not do that.

Its just the product picture size. As the pics rotate through, if a bigger one comes up then, yes, it shifts the screen. All you have to do to fix this is select one of the pics so they stop rotating, and then read away.

Just select one of the pics from the thumbnail list at the bottom, that should stop the pic rotation, which will then let you read in peace without being disturbed by the larger sized photos. Using Firefox 10.0 on a stable Windoze XP Pro home network.

Edit: Just got 3 (10% discount for getting 3 or more) of these in the mail today. I think it was Buddy who suggested them a while back, they are really, very nice. Going to put together a nice travel case for everything.

Picture changing does become bothersome to be honest, properly cropped consistent photography would alleviate the problem.

Love my PowerPax! Someone linked them before but I chimed in when mine arrived. They are really awesome and compact. Got two tuxedo black and they slip into the pocket or bag easily. One handed dispensing becomes a nice quick trick to swap out batteries quickly too.
