My go to temp right now is 350 and then step up to 395 to finish the bowls. I’ve been saying for weeks I was going to change my temps and increase them. Still not sure if I am going to do it. Haha.

350 and 365 are my two temps

Edit: I Cannot say anything about Zeus and so me of the other organic products out there .....but Haze cleaning powder works great !!!! It brings new life to dirty gummed up silicone....here is a big tip in my opinion.... .Do not forget to clean mouthpiece, area where mouthpiece goes, and the air path s on the tray that hold you pods. It will make huge difference in performance.

@Haze Vaporizers anything in the works for a stainless steel mouthpiece?

I'm pretty upset right now, I've only used my square for 5-8 bowls and just took it out to show a friend, the mouth piece fell out and broke in 2 pieces on my hardwood floor. First time I've ever dropped it... Now I have a useless vaporizer and I don't even want to spend $10 plus shipping for a mouthpiece that fragile when I wasn't even getting consistent vapor production before that broke. I'm very frustrated by this situation and your mouthpiece

By the Graces of the most high, no pun intended, my Haze has arrived on a Sunday. Its charging. I just did a cleaning and notice way too much machining black anodized chips all in the hole for the mouth piece intake. More than I liked but it is the first round of machining I hope that it gets looked at.

Air path in the trays should always be cleabed. I do a q tip with iso or pipe cleaner.

As for the side who broke the mouth piece, I hear ya t sucks. But in my opinion not enough to give up on the device. When you get it failed on you are going to love it. If I broke a mouth piece I would be getting a new one.

The mouthpiece is my biggest issue with the Square. I can't use the storage slot anymore, it just gets stuck in there, requires much force to remove and if I can get it out it strips off one or both orings, no matter how much I clean it. My guess is maybe there's a barb in there that is snagging it.

I just keep it stuck in the mouth hole instead, not ideal, but keeps me from losing it. I am not optimistic I can ever get the storage slot to work right again, at the beginning of ownership it was awesome, now it's completely unusable.

Still love the square, but with this issue solved would be much closer to perfect for me. I'm in the free upgrade group so I hope this is addressed in V2.

I asked for one also few pages back and I'm sure we will see one come out soon! Along side all the other accessories.
I tried vaping mouthpieces too but the drip tip sizeon the square looks to be one in a million more of a custom size.
However saying that I am waiting for my delta3d water pipe adaptor can't wait to try it on a bubbler!!!!!

No phase, got off of puffitup 2 weeks ago

If they got phase one inventory ....it could the seal issue...I know phase two and forward should be good. Just phase one had that problem. Try to hang in there they will take care of you!

I have been using 380, 390 and 430 for concentrates. Concentrates seem to need more that 430. I have the pro but not Windows 10 :^(

What temps are people running for concentrates?

I tried some hash between 2 pipe screens with a lid. Did not work great. Will try between the 2 concentrate pads tonight. I know it works if you mix with flower but would like to vape hash by its self. Anyone figured it out?

My guess is maybe there's a barb in there that is snagging it.

Count me in on the "perma-mouthpiece" crew. Top O-ring strips off everytime I force it out of storage, so I gave up. I've tried cleaning the storage space, mouthpiece and the o-rings. Something is at the end of the storage space. Even tried unused o-rings so it's not the o-rings expanding from heat.

Got a 3rd tray cover and 2 stainless steel pods ordered. Hopefully those 2 extra loading trays come along with the order. Will update everyone what I think of the new pods when I get them.

My biggest request for now is an updated stainless steel mouthpiece that doesn't wiggle around when in use, and doesn't get stuck in the storage slot.

@Haze Vaporizers please don't dismiss ALL combustion issues merely as user error. Every time my unit has combusted, it was first hit instant combustion, and happened from "ready green" single press low level hits. All happened the first second of taking a pull. Each packed differently. The charred pods lined up perfectly with the coil that was sitting high on one side (I posted pics pages back). Another user also posted this same alignment of combustion. I reset the coil to sit flush, and since have had no problems. Simple fix for anyone else having similar issues.

My O-rings have never been an issue. But now I think back and I noticed there was some binding so:
- put some of Ed's wax on my fingertips and applied to all the mouthpiece O-rings.
I do the same on VapCap O-rings and Mighty O-rings, etc as a precaution/ to extend the life of O-rings.

Since then, smooth operator.....

So i have my Square pro from Vaposhop for about 2 weeks now and i can't get any vapor, or at best really whispy hits, by using it as advertised (press the button, wait for the green light, take your draw until it shuts off).
I tried every king of bowl packing, draw techniques, temp settings, grinds, weed stains... and nothing to do.
The only way i can get good results is by double pressing the button while drawing : i wait for the green light, start drawing and after 2 seconds i release and reengage the button and generally stop my draw before it buzzes. And when my bowl is a bit spent i even do triple presses the same way at the highest preset temp.

@Altanzik may be you could try this method just to see if you really have a seal issue. If, like me, you can get good vapor production like this, the problem shouldn't be the seal.

A friend bought 2 Hase Square pro from Vaposhop (one for him and one for another friend) and has the exact same problem with both.

It could have nothing to do with the problem (maybe it does) but all of those 3 units have something rattling in the battery side.

I wrote to Vaposhop to send my unit in. Let's see what's next.

Momor,

Easywider

Simple is the way
I had the same issue when I first got my square. Very minimal to no visible vapor production on the stock temps. I also had a firmware bug that wouldn’t allow me to set custom temps past 410. I had good results dbl and triple pressing after some practice in the 360-395 range. Now that firmware is updated my temps are set 410-455 and vapor production is fantastic. I also have a rattle in my unit right where the battery connection clips in.
