Hi,

I read in the thread that the Portside takea a lot time of waiting. What is with the Sceletor?
Another Question, do it work in Europe?

Thanks for your help!

@cybrguy that won't be long, I've seen the Mini enclosures.
My 2100mah's last me 4 days, it works out at 2g's.
The 900mah battery will give me a full day and some, plus if the same charger is used it should take about an hour to charge fully.

@Kermitt no problems with EU usage.
@Pipes is the only one who can answer the wait times.

With many tests for science thru the weekend. The JH preformed amazingly and really let's the Dynavap shine.

After a run to the hardware store, some 3/8ID x 1/2OD silicone tubing for the M worked perfectly on a local piece the wife picked up for me. Thanks again @Pipes... Smoking in the garage will never be the same.

Hey guys, I've managed to get an order in for another 17 Portside enclosures.
So I can get a list going for a batch 4. Lines are open....
I know I've had a few requests but please re-request as I never started a list for another batch.

Batch 3 PSs should be ready in about 3 weeks.

The Mini endeavor is going well. As @phattpiggie pointed out, I have received the initial sample enclosure and the dimensions are perfect for what I have in mind. Have not received the battery yet but have high hopes it will be fine. In fact, I'm so much confidence that I've gone ahead and ordered more enclosures and batteries as well. As well as, connectors to make the battery user changeable.
The Mini will be a tad over 1/2 the size of the big brother PS and about 1/3 the battery longevity. Still enough for a couple days of fairly heavy use. Should charge in under an hour.
It will be small enough for most inner jacket pockets.

Here's some preliminary porn.

It's like a really large mod box. Inside jacket pocketable. The driver unit fits really well once you nip the corners off it.

And the BMS also fits nice. Think this is going to work great. Haven't got the battery yet so can hardly wait to confirm it works.

This is basically how I plan to orient the coil inside the enclosure. The tube will stuck out top which is a plated end.

Going to use these plastic standoff pads to stick to the insides of enclosure so the driver board will sit on them like a shelf. The BMS will fit along a wall under the driver unit. The open area is the space for the Lipo battery pack.

Now, I will start a list but please be advised it will take some time to confirm the operation and any possible bugs or safety hazards. Could even be a flop, although I think I can make it work. :science:

So as of now, all lists are open. Be easy on me.... :myday:

Could I be on the end of that list? Still need to get funds together :brow:

Looks great! I like the more compact version!

@Kermitt, Pipes is now taking orders for his 4th PS list. PM him & add yourself to the list if interested or find out where he stands in shipping the Skeletor. You won't pay until your unit is ready to be shipped. Just guessing, but you could have a 3 month wait on the PS. But it's worth it, if the PS is the unit you want.

Here's his above post:

Here's the FAQ Sheet about the 3 induction heaters:

Do i understand correctly that, with the PS, you only have to open it up to load the batteries initially? There is a charging port built into the case, correct?

And you just leave the unit on all the time and it's ready to go when you are? Only actively hot while the cap is engaged?

Just making sure i understand what i have read!
