Finally received my D020 from glass-100 (Amazon)
...took about 5 weeks
Had a chip on the perc where they make cuts and the glass has black impressions or something melted in the glass. So that stinks . Returning for sure.
Not a fan of the D020.. it's really small. I guess 20 bucks isn't a whole lot to spend but considering time and quality I'd rather just find something else
And this is the new one I purchased
8.2 inches and only 24$ I really dig the purple

Looking for something with a lot more size and volume. I already have a ton of small to medium sized glass.
Maybe something in the 18in+ height category. This is what i have found so far as possibilities but looking for more suggestions.

Could even go larger than those but i didn't see much else in the large group. I don't need a ton of water of filtration, i just want a lot of volume to fill with vapor. Any suggestions are appreciated.
Edit. Oh, i am looking at 18mm female pieces only.

Huh? I am also medical, have been certified in Michigan for 8 years.
I do not see your correlation with big tubes and combustion. I like to keep at least one very large tube around to absolutely just fill with vapor for giant fun pulls. It was enjoyable to see vapor fill in my HiSi as it was just enormous.

Can't link to it, but hfy_glass has a double circ that's 18" tall w/ an 18mm joint. That might work better for you than either of those options with multiple honeycombs.

I would stay away from any that have more than one honeycomb perc. I have a 14.5 straight with a single honeycomb and regret that I did not opt for a shower head or matrix types. Too much constriction with the honeycomb. Also pick something with little other elements in it like multiple percs and stuff. If you want the most from your mega sized hits.....you don't want all that vapor sticking to UN-needed things inside the unit. Maybe just go with a big ol beaker style one with a pull out stem.

Totally agree and thanks for input. That is why i was looking at the swiss perc clone. Seems like it would be volume without adding a ton of drag and restriction. Cheers

I look at it like this:
small cans = portables
medium cans = logs
large cans for combustion.
This works for me. (I did not try water path until 2012) ZIG ZAG'S were better than bong's. Small mouthpieces I prefer! My POV?
