And am i correct in thinking that you would just invert the VXC to use it with a non hydra tube?

Soo sick, A pillar vape might be too much like some over on GD were saying but I don't think so, I haven't hit one but I bet that will provide such a unique delicious taste.

One question, have you ever thought about using a bigger joint so the hydratube rests on something bigger, maybe like the size on your Samurai dub bub?

The glass is very nice too when I get an indoor vape I'll probably get a VapeXHale Cloud with some glass. :) Keep up the excellent work.

I identify with the other members who check this thread 2 or 3 times a day. Great of StoneMonkey to keep us in the loop of the product developments. Can't wait to own one.

@lepstadder - Yes, you would merely flip the Cloud upside down to use with your existing glass collection.

@hydrophilic , @chubba - We've tried the larger joints but decided to use the 18.8 for modularity purposes. The HydraTubes balance nicely, no wobbles at all. The team blowing the HydraTubes each have their own style for balancing their HydraTubes.

If you look at Vertigo's HydraTree, he just uses one of the UBER thick 18.8 females to balance it. It balances fine and gives it a different look than StoneGlassWork's ShowerDome. I have told them all to make them so that they would balance but also didn't want to handcuff any creativity which is why we will also offer HydraTube stands which can hold multiple HydraTubes and double as a display.

Thanks for the info. I was wondering why it wasn't standardized. I like and understand the idea why now.

Fo real, give us a light at the end of the tunnel. My "discretionary fund" is burnin a hole in my pocket, I'm trying to hold out for the VXC, but delayed gratification isn't really my thing :p

It'd be cool if there was a giant keck clip to hold the tube on the cloud.

@ B sweeet fucking picture man! The monkey on the cloud could not be any more PERFECT!

We are looking at late June now... The enclosure was missing a few key pieces so it will be one more rev on the enclosure before we give the final thumbs on the mold.

We are also look at tweaking ways to make the Cloud, the HydraTubes, and the Cloud + HydraTubes more stable in use, and while on display. Thanks for the suggestion guys.

Lol the king bubs have been on cgc for two weeks already. If I only had a grand layin around. I didn't know he did a matching pillar.

Has Luke sent you pics of anything yet?? Is he even gonna be a part of the launch??? I'm assuming his will be trees as well

Minnesnowta - Luke will be providing the trees for SGW's HydraTubes. Luke won't be making any HydraTubes himself for the time being, he has his hands full with all of the insane stuff he has been putting out recently. That is not to say that he won't make any HydraTubes in the future, but as of now, he will be providing his famous trees.

More glass porn to come! :o

Ahhhhh the tree king is supplying the samurai. Doesn't suprise me with all the trees Luke is cranking out.

'nother question. Are Preston and vg only doing 10 arms or will there be a 13 or 15 offered?? I think sg was makin 12s for awhile too.

@Minnesnowta - In the future, if something shows up in a SGW or VG or SG piece, it will eventually show up in a HydraTube. Some perks and diffusers may even come out exclusively for the HydraTube.

From a launch perspective, we are still working very hard for a June release. Because our latest enclosures still had a few issues to be worked out, it may push the release back a few weeks.

While I understand that this may be a letdown to many people, I think you will all agree that getting the product right is more important than shipping it out too early. With my previous experience launching a vaporizer, I think a few extra weeks spent on development will be beneficial for us as a manufacturer and for the consumer.

I am well aware of the FC Mantra "that there is no best vape" but this thing has my name on it and if its not better than all the vapes I own, then I'm not going to give it the thumbs up to sell to you guys.
