i scrape it out, then put it in the bottom of a old grinder to let it sit for a bit to harden, then i vape it as needed

the best way to contact them is to call them and let the damn phone ring off the hook, somebody will eventually answer. i let the phone ring for 10 minutes before some lady answered it.

for wand hash, i just let it collect until i cant see threw the wand any more and its completely covered all the way around, thats my cue to clean it and i always get a huge vapor hash ball..

ya twist it every 4 to 5 hits...

always turn it on full blast for about 1-2 minutes then turn it down to your temp and you should be fine..

why would you do that, its only needs to be in a inch or 2, you have no idea what your missing by not collecting, you will be kicking you self in the ass for not collecting wand hash after u try it the first time...
