A quickquestion. My zion wait has worn out my patience even though I know that George is very prompt with getting his dynas out. How much extra time is the wait for a woody? If I'd ordered a glass one it would have arrived and there is a message saying the woodys will take longer. Just wondering how much longer.

I ordered my Ti Blackwood around February 15th IIRC, I received it on March 19th, so it took about a month for it to get to me, it was worth the wait, i love this thing! My order could have taken longer cause of the wood i asked for.

i saw this mentioned earlier and apologies I didn't chime in sooner.

The Omnivap has been in the drivers seat since I got it. So effective and efficient. We mention it a lot, but there really is something unique about the entire process as well as the high it offers. One thing people seem to notice is how gracious the bowl size is when they see it for the first time. There really is enough room to pack a solid punch. My preference ranges from a light grind to even small unground nugs depending on the session. It performs great on both sides of the spectrum.

As far as the OV mouthpiece, I really feel like that can be subjective. I, for one, really dig the bow tie design. If I could be more detailed, it feels as though it provides a satisfying balance when it is resting on your lip during a draw. Extremely easy to maneuver and adjust hands free if that makes sense. Of course a more rounded mouthpiece could provide the same results, but the way it is now gives me a more rugged, or sturdy, feel to it and I really like it.

Side note: A device so stealthy, the beauty of it certainly can draw some attention! I wouldn't have it any other way.

Been thinking, how about a cap that is extended upwards with some sort of heat sink block with and air tube down through the load, would solve the draw restriction. Could also mean that you'd be able to have both conduction and convection, the usual vapcap conduction we love along with some gnome style convection? Would be a balance to find between the bowl being the right temp (like it is when it clicks) and warm air coming through.
I don't know much about heat/energy transfer, but how would having the bowl at normal VC temps and then pulling hot air through it work? Inevitable combustion? Even something like a one inch cube on top, a bowl with a tapered body sitting right in your bong, one flame around the cap, and one flame on the heat sink. Like a supreme meets vapcap. Forgive my ignorance as I know little on the topic, but that does sound like it would be handy.

Would having say 300f air coming through a 420f bowl, combust it, extract like hell, or be piss in wind?
Loving my set up at the moment (will obviously be better when the body is a dedicated s/w/n/t/gong of some sort) but I have noticed it will do .025 completely extracted in one hit and it makes a mean one hitter dug out type bat like intended, but if I load like .05 it takes 1.5 hits to fully extract, yet it is very dark on the first hit, this tells me I can't really get much more heat to the bowl as it will combust and you can draw away through the bong until Vapor gets thin and then get more on another heat, which tells me if there was more energy retained that .05 could be extracted in on hit.
I like the look of the supreme but it seems a little over kill to me, and I just love my vapcap, really just looking to stretch the legs a little more. Myself and all my friends with combustion adhear to the one "load" per hit school. So you pack a load, and you cache it in one hit, I have screened my bowl out enough so that my general "tight pack" does exactly this, but I'd like my average loads to be a little bigger. Thinking maybe I could get a little bubbler, and I think I will anyways. But there come times (there was on the weekend but didn't have my bong set up, and some people won't even consider hitting the vape until they see it milk one) where people need to learn vaping isn't all about the PAX/bags and that bong you're over there making smelly and full of tar, I can turn white with Vapor, get a huge tasty cloud and use 1/3rd of the weed for a nicer high. I think the vapcap is the closest thing to this style of combustion (once again more so when it's a dedicated water gadget and not a pipe I've stuck in an adaptor).

So after all that, guess what I'm asking for anyone in the know, thoughts on a normal cap that goes click when bowl is at vaping temp (as that's 99% of what makes this magic) with a little metal block on top that air flows through and through the load, that you can also blast with a lighter?
And if one were to use it like a single load, heat it and dump, some sort of handle off the side of the cap? I find this the biggest issue when using in a group in this style is waiting for it to cool to change the bowl. Bit hard to win someone over, when instead ofpicking up the bong and lighting another bowl, they are waiting for it to cool.
I'd love to see one part of the dynavape family be a dedicated "VaporCone" (that's how I'd market it here in Aus anyways) I was considering something like an LSV or supreme to get that .05+ bong fog, but everything about the vapcap is so nature to how I feel MJ should be vaporised in my head.

@little maggie - if you ordered a short body and/or wooden MP there may be a short, extra wait, as I understand it, to have those items available. I ordered the ti-woody and dynastash on March 3 and then added the short body with wooden MP on March 10 and I'm still waiting - just to give you some idea. Fortunately, I have other new devices for vaping I've yet to play with, so my VAS is pretty much under control.

@IAmKrazy2 and @VoodooChild how do you guys feel about the OV mouthpiece? How's the OV use going?

I like the mouth piece. Hangs well from my lips for hands free action. I have my condenser tube in the partially closed position and really like it. I leave it this way. Edit. I equate it to a partially covered fresh intake on the OG.

I really like the Omni. It has been my travel vape since i got it and it is a great vape to sneak in that last bowl before bed too.

I have been experimenting with some diffrent caps George gave me, in a mirrored and black mirrored finish. Should work excellent with my solar lighter i got, i just need more experiment time.

black mirror finish cap...another thing to add to my list of future purchases Edit: gotta say sitting here using this thing just makes me realize what an amazing time we live in. This thing is a fucking modern marvel. If someone had made something like this a few hundred years ago they'd probably been accused of sorcery

What is the Omnivap like when it's airflow is at its most open/middle range/and closed? How does the airflow at these settings compare to other vapes?

The Omni looks slick..I assume it fits into Dynastashes?

@little maggie , average seems to be about a month, that's what it was for me a few months back at least.

I need to check my money :) too many nice things.

Was pondering too, cause I have a a glass body with a glass condenser, and mouthpiece. Is the glass on the TI glassy the same? He gave it to me as a freebie so wasn't sure, was before the glassy's were in production full swing.

But if I could snag a SS condenser and a TI tip and make it a TI glassy for a bit cheaper, that would be sweet...cause I really want the Omni too and a Dynastash per VapCap because I think thy compliment them so well, but I'm trying to not spend as much  you guys make it too hard!

I use a dual tip torch and prefer it over the triple or single.
I was enjoying my single-flame torches over my triple flame, but now I really like this crappy dual flame - it has an easy adjustable flame length dial, all in all not a bad $8 purchase

It makes it easy to adjust how I want to heat - with both flames side by side heating either side of the vapcap, or in parallel heating front and middle of the vapcap at the same time (while twisting, natch).

The three-flame is nice, but I feel like it uses too much butane and it doesn't heat that much faster than my dual flame

Well, the mouthpieces are coming.

Made out of this rather cool chunk of Australian oh my gosh burl.

Other woods, and well some other cool things coming too, all interchangeable of course.
And then there was this pretty sight.

I don't know why, but the sight of freshly machined, high precision titanium is just awesome to me. I find myself shaking my head a bit sometimes when I think about how this thing is evolving. This titanium tip for example has a few dimensions where the tolerance needs to be within 0.002" or 0.05mm or it just won't fit. All this to extract vaporized compounds from a sample. :). I love it!

Oh and the short blackwood body fits the OmniVap too.

IMG_20160329_212204051_HDR_zpszofdxgar.jpg

The blackwood is so hard and tight grained it polishes like metal. There is no finish on this!

So to conclude, I am building and shipping, but please be patient. I can't believe how fast this is growing and I am expanding as fast as I can
I hope to be less than a week out on order fulfillment by next week.

More cool stuff coming.

Cheers,

George
