I placed my order last sunday but if I still haven't gotten an email saying it shipped that means i might have to wait til next week eh?
:(

psyshaman, did you "pick yours up" at a store? =o

There isn't even store near me that sells decent glass. Head shops in Australia have a pretty limited range of things, often many I wouldn't even consider inhaling through ever again!
That said I am in regional area of Aus three hours from the nearest capital city.
All of my purchases are done onlline and generally picked up at my local post office
A more extensive review of the supreme will follow after I have some more time experiment!

So mine is stuck in limbo along with a bunch of other packages that where due today/tomorrow because of the Canada post strike...What horrible timing...if Ed had only sent it out withing a couple of days of my order being placed I would have been good :\

Thanks.

I was a little to eager to use this after a fresh pickup, and I want to put emphasis on the fact that I did not prepare the herb for this the way I usually do. The material I used was very moist, and I only cut it up, didnt grind it. still good results, obviously more testing needs to be done :D

Everything that was included:
I thought the mini torch it came with was cute, but I probably wont use it.

and the grand finale, the first couple of hits that I took, plus showing the cap.

further reviewing will be conducted after extensive trials. enjoy and feel free to comment.
I also have more to upload but that will have to wait.

Thank you NYC! Device looks awesome! Thanks for the pics as well!!

Looking forward to your more through testing although the initial results are still very impressive (despite the herb situation). :brow:

Can you take a pic of the size comparison between your butane torch and the device? Just curious the size difference (or similarity).

Nycdeisel: thanks for the vid! great job - you showed the temps, and some nice glass, and good clouds! i could hear you "tasting" it, :ko:.

you can seriously reduce the heating time by simply using your big torch on one side, and the little torch thats included with the sv2, on the other side!

i got to try my friends sv2. i will say it works exactly like my old version, it can be devastating! i think the new design works better with 18mm pieces - don't need a glass reducer. smaller size isn't an issue, although i can hold the torch and the sv1 in one hand while its heating, whereas, the sv2 is too small for me to 'one hand' it.

i need to try it a few more times before i will pass judgement on the new screen setup.

The new design works better with 18mm but it still works fine with 14mm right?

I haven't tried mine in an 18mm joint yet, only 14mm. It works perfectly with the orange cone adapter or I have attached it with ease to my EHLE just using the mouthpiece tubing..
That torch looks great Nycdeisel I cheaped out and got a smaller one from ebay, after only 6 or so loads of the supreme I ordered the bernzomatic you have.
From your video it looks like it heats a lot faster than my current ebay torch

The 18mm vs 14mm is a great question. Let us know NYC!

It seems to work easier with 14mm, but I just took the downstem out of my tube to make an 18mm opening and it fits nice and snug but not as easy to just lift it off of the glass since it goes down a bit far.

So, yes, the seal is also good for 18mm joints, its just a tighter fit.

:)

Good afternoon everyone, I am going to see if I can get another video up for you all.
