I would highly suggest you get a back up to have in case you encounter any more issues.
Once you vape its hard to go back to combustion.

Or a Hammer, MFLB, Vapman (a personal fav) or any number of other well respected vapes that are kind of fun in their own right. VGs belong on that list, too, IMO. Fun options and useful backup for mission critical gear for under a hundred bucks....

I love my SOLO's however the BENDER has better FLAVOR and a bigger bowl!
It uses more FLOWER (not a issue)
Gets me really medicated. (BENDER)
The SOLO is different and I use it to maintain.
The BENDER on the other hand is pure BLISS.
I don't have CAVIAR everyday!

I go through about 2 sets per session.
3 sets I keep in rotation.

You don't need enndless gadgets.
The BENDER will get you where you need to be.
You don't have to vape a whole bowl each time you use.
I have used mine for 3 different sessions with the same load.
STIR once and a while.
Wait a few months to get the SOLO.

That's how i felt when I bought/used my bender that it was one stop shop for my herb uses.
I have no problems keeping my girl happy it's keeping that mouth shut hahaha!
I see the kiss cart is available on w9tech website what's the difference between the persei and v2. Omicron?? I'm wondering if I buy it for my persei or my omicron

Ya I had them like 2 years ago but not anymore.
G - My Persei single top bit the dust over the weekend, I think it read your post and decided to fulfill the prophecy. Smoke started to come out the button and I quickly unscrewed to disconnect the batteries. The batteries (AW 18350) were fine, not hot or venting, and still work. The Persei melted on the bottom of the top in the white plastic area right off the side of the contact pin. This is a brand new red Persei that I purchased about a month ago so I am surprised the short-circuit protection didn't kick in and all that jazz with the spring collapsing. The Hercules was assembled correctly because it was working for the 10 hits before the burnout, and it still works fine on my double-top and I haven't disassembled yet. Also my MM still reads 1.56ohms when testing the with the white rod.
I created a case on the W9 site I just wanted to post my experience here as well.

The kiss cart would be a great back up, as the wise @OF states I was also thinking along the lines of a simple to use but great backcup as the MFLB, or a lotus(flame powered),vapeman(flame powered), solo's rock for sure, My buddy brings his and a small camelback backpack, holds solo and all essentials when we go hiking.
Now to get him to add a PNWT to the arsenal.

it really depends on what you are using, but most all of them smell, just not compared to smoke from a joint/blunt. Vaporizing herbs smell more than concentrates. If you really wanna cut down the smell, people are mixing e-cig juice with their oil, although this sacrifices potency.
If you are in your kitchen blowing out the window, then someone in the next room will not smell a thing. But if they are in the kitchen or within 10ft, they might catch a slight odor but it doesnt linger around like smoking a joint would.
Go check out the Liquidizer thread for people who are mixing concentrates with Propylene glycol (unflavored e-cig juice) to reduce smell and increase stealth.

ive hit my persei in an SUV (i was in the very back) with my folks in the car (they dont know i get baked) with the windows up and AC on, during a 2 hour drive, and they didnt suspect a thing. Of course i tried to ghost my hits as much as possible, but even at home, where my roomates dont even know i get baked, i be hitting the carts all the time with my windows closed and they dont suspect a thing. Same experience with the herc, but its not as discreet and easier to cough a lung out with. I had homie who claimed he hit his in a classroom and nobody noticed, or so he claims, but i believe him. when comparing the herc to the carts the herc is smellier, but thats only cause the hits are more concentrated.

I'm not really into Oils. Basically, I want to buy a portable vaporizer that I can use in my kitchen, while blowing the vape through a dual-fan. And of course, not leaving a beautiful but horrendous smell in my apartment.
Thanks for the response. Please confirm if the Persei is truly what you say it is. Also what is the Herc and Carts? If what you say about the Persei is true, I will buy one asap.

The persei is mainly for oils but has herb attachments, he is talking about the oil cartridges.
The sr-71 is an oil attachment thats not disposable like the carts and is user serviceable, it technically can do herbs but not many have mastered or even had success with the flowers on the sr-71.
The bender will do flowers, and is all glass.
Oils tends to smell less, Pure Gold taste like oranges due to being infused with limonene
, at one point have blown a cloud out at work as a owner of the company passed by and didnt even bat an eyelid.

This is not the vape you are looking for. You can go about your business.
If being discreet is your pref then the Persei isn't what your looking for. If your going to use it at your house only I would suggest you do get the Persei with the LAyG carts. The Hercules turns the Persei into a steam train and just produces more vapor then a single person can inhale at once.
As for video of the LAyG carts in just gonna let the users review them.
