I been using my plenty w a bong for a year now its the Ferrari of weed vaporizing. 6 ice cubes . You get massssssssive hits like your on your knees begging. What you do for anyone that owns a piece. Take the mouthpiece off the plenty and just stick the plastic part into the stem. And hit away. Some bongs work better than others I find the medium sized bongs work the best since w big ones alot of the lung capacity goes to just pushing ghe5 air up the bong. I also have recommended a new piece for the taste . Since an old bong used for smoking will have an after taste of dirty bong. Also make sure it has an ice catcher. Go try ir right now you wont regret it

Hello everyone, new to the site. I recently purchased a Plenty from Vapor Nation and am now a bit concerned after finding this thread with the amazing amount of information.

First off, does anyone have any experience with Vapor Nation? They still haven't confirmed shipment two days later?

Now about my concerns with the Plenty. I will 85-90% of the time be vaping by my lonesome. Currently I am a smoker, and have been wanting to make the switch for years now. Currently after work I will take about 8 tokes of good stuff a night, so I am greatly concerned about everyone s worry over the amount you go through. I buy a oz at a time that will last me a good while...but am still concerned. I hear that the little disc does not work that great...but what about if I pack it largely, take 5 tokes, and than turn it off? Is that OK? Could I come back to the same pack the next day? What about the following day? Will it taste disgusting? Not work that well?

I still have a chance to cancel the order and purchase something else, and like I said, this is primarily for solo purposes, health reasons, and conservation. What say yous?

Thanks much for any help,
new user OnlyHuman :)

I am not sure if the Plenty comes with a liquid pad, but you can pop that in there, as a way to use less herb. I know when I first got my Volcano, I didn't pay attention and my stash went quickly

I really enjoy my Plenty, the liquid pad does serve as a decent spacer for when you only want to use a little bit, or like you said, you can just pack it full, vape through one or two heat cycles and turn it off. Just remember to hit it a couple times after you turn the power off or disconnect the cooling coil/chamber, you don't wanna waste any of that vapor! You will go through your material quickly at first while you learn the ins and outs of the right method for you, but conservation is possible with the Plenty.:2c:

I'm curious why you used Vapornation instead of just going through Storz and Bickel directly, they have free worldwide shipping and it arrives stupid fast! But either way, I think you will be pleased with your purchase!
:peace:

Well...Vapor Nation gave a couple free extras that I was interested in. Namely a really sweet looking 'herb ash tray' that has this lip to catch everything. If I had known that they will drag their feet I may have changed that thought process...

Freebies are always cool too!

Oh and you do get one or two liquid pads with the Plenty... I forget, probably just one.

Why are you lurking this thread advising against purchasing this product, when you clearly don't own it?

One page back you said this vape "never entered your mind as a purchase", so what do you know about it or why he or anyone else shouldn't own one? :mental:

He is making a suggestion in response to OnlyHumans question...yes, he could of elaborated more, but no need to get upset.

I say Arizer Solo...

Well, I am not sure I will take heed to this advice because like someone said previously, no answers to my concerns. The ONLY real reason I am even thinking about returning the Plenty before opening it is because it seems MANY people on this forum say you are tearing through trees like it's nobody's business. I am hoping that either the little smoke disc thing helps this issue and I have no qualms with it, OR I could pack it up large, and just use that same pack for 3 days or whatever. These are the main questions I was hoping to get answered. I WILL look into the Arizer Solo and a few others (I have before and the Plenty drew me to it) again, because the Plenty's sin of using up all my herb is scary...

Thanks again everyone.

Solo is a VERY good unit with a good rep. You will see that when you read through it's thread...that being said, S&B products are also very well built, just overpriced.

Solo is also battery powered, so it is portable...something to keep in mind.

And in all honesty, conservation is definitely not something this vape does by nature, it's more something you have to be proactive about. So there are surely better options around if conservation is of high importance, but the Plenty does a lot of other stuff right!

I mean, conservation is not and never will be my '#1 priority', but when entering the vape world one of the benefits that drew me to it WAS that you saved bud. If the Plenty just throws that benefit out the window, well, it deserves some pondering. I also wonder how much it is being blown out of proportion. I would be proactive about trying to conserve, so hopefully it all works out I suppose.

I also do find it kind of strange that some of these vapes threads have over 200 pages to them, and this one has...14? Seems this is the red-headed step child of the vape world.

I wouldn't say that, but FC members do have a habit of ferreting out the best performers and values. It's a good idea to at least consider the models that get a lot of posts.

Yea, I am all the sudden really interested in the Solo with a power adapter. I guess I am also looking into the Buddha and Cloud. Any thoughts on how those three would work for a predominantly solo whip user?

Edit: Scratch the Buddha. Think I am more interested in the Plenty, Solo, or Cloud.

No points for style design!! Amazingly efficiently effective.......
Using mine with weighted minimal amount of 1/10 of a gram or more for medical purposes, 3 to 5 times a day, with the liquid pad when at home. Firewood vape when out and about.

There are minimal to no losses in terms of residue (cannabinoids oils) sticking to the pad and or coil.
Have yet to clean it. Very easy to use overall, with a proper stand/support (drawback), refer post #319.
It continually boils of all cannabinoids at a temp of around 400-420 or #7 setting, efficiently and potent!
Even roasting colors. Very good to excellent taste. Little draw resistance. No harshness.

Pricey, good quality + 3 yr warranty. Very happy user!!

See...this statement goes against MANY peoples' opinions of this vape. I would say that 1/10 of a gram per session is certainly conserving pretty OK in my eyes?! I just wonder what camp I will reside in. If what this user is saying...than I will be a VERY happy customer...if Vapor Nation ever gets their shit together and ships it!!11!

You need to get rid of the concept that some vapes eat your weed up without providing much vapor while others give you twice as much from the same amount. Conservation/efficiency is 99% up to the user, not the vape. What different models/designs do is encourage or discourage efficiency. A log vape with a narrow diameter air path and small bowl, will not provide big hits, so if that's all you use to vape with, you'll use a lot less than you would with a big hitter. Can you use the same amounts in both types? Yes, but the reality is that you won't keep loading up that small bowl over and over again in order to use .1g in one session. You'll say 'Fuck it. I'm high enough'. You also won't load a very small amount (like .03g) in a big hitting vape. You might try it, but you'll end up saying 'Fuck it. I can't even tell if I'm getting a hit'. If you wait for the effect, you'll know you got a hit, but nevertheless, people don't want to use a big hitting vape with really small amounts. It's not enjoyable. And using a miserly vape all the time, that restricts your hit size, can also get frustrating for a lot of people who know what an effect a huge vapor hit can have. This is why so many people choose to use both a big hitter and a vape that helps you conserve your supply and control your tolerance.

Everyone is different. I rarely use .1g in a whole day, let alone one session. I enjoy a huge hit as much as the next vaporist, just not as many per session/day as some.

I agree and understand everything you wrote here. On the day you are using .1g for the entire day, what vape are you using? Perhaps I want to pair my Plenty with a MLFB?

The vapes I have that pair well with my big hitters are any of the log vapes and the vapolution2. If you want portable as well then the mflb might work well, maybe even with the power adapter, or you could go with something like the Solo.

The main thing that turn me off to this vape is the size of the bowl, yet I have no doubt that to others, it's a benefit.

On another note, how weird is it to find another member here from Arcadia? Small city, all things considered.

Welcome Receptor.

My current lineup is actually the Plenty, Vapolution, a couple Underdog log style vapes, and the MFLB... Sticks is right, they do pair very well with each other and all have strengths over the other, like the Plenty for instance is IMO the easiest to pick up and use and has that huge chamber for nice long sessions, or for use with friends. The Vapolution is "streets ahead" of literally everything else I have tried in the flavor category, the log style vapes are unmatched in their conservation by nature and are a pleasure to use with water pieces. The Launch Box is really one of the most stealthy flower vaping experiences to date, and has the shortest warm-up and cool down time of pretty much all electronic vapes that I know of. :2c:

This forum is an amazing source of information and reviews/opinions on basically every vape on the market, plus, in certain cases, we even get to watch the birth of new products, and the evolution and improvement of older ones. What a great place!

I second this, you can get the Vapo 2 for under a 100$ delivered and it would make a great "side vape".

However, I will go even farther and say that the Vapo 2 has become my daily driver replacing my LSV and I LOVE my LSV.

The simplicity of the unit: Simply load and hit. It tastes amazing without water filtration eliminating an unnecessary step. It is basically a log vape in that I leave it on most of the time and only turn it off if I am going out for an extended period of time, therefore it is always ready.

The effectiveness/efficiency of the unit: It is a miser with my weed which is a high(but not the highest) priority for me. I have also found that by using a coarse grind instead of the recommended "nugget" I can get massive clouds with this thing. Almost as big as my LSV.

I still prefer my LSV in a party situation or on the weekend when I want to play with glass etc. But, other than that the Vapo 2 has become my go to vape.

Agreed. The Vapolution is my only vape that is guaranteed to be used every evening.

I use the Plenty when I'm looking to treat myself to an extended session, when I have company, when I want to use a whole bunch fast, or when I'm looking for a really dense hit. It also handles an herb and bubble hash sandwich really well!
Edit- That translates to me using my Plenty between 3-5 days a week...
