VAS has plagued me too. I've only been vaping a few months and just forked out hundreds of dollars on a vape that I've only seen in videos. And I won't get it for months! haha

I've never even hit a Cloud before but I like everything I hear and see about it and I'm optimistic that the EVO will be a refined version of it that will be one of the best vapes on the market (at least for a little while).

What tube did you go with? (circ here)

If it is an 80W heater then why say it is 27 watts?

Just for those who are wondering ... when my Cloud+ is sitting idle after having heated up, it draws around 30-35W most of the time occasionally dropping down to the 20's or even the 10's or lower. If I crank it up to kick of a heat up cycle, it draws ~100W until it is up to heat.

I'm running my Cloud through an APC Line-R 1200 Voltage Regulator (set at 120V) with a WeMo and a Kill-A-Watt meter hooked up to get my measurements (I bought it for my Sublimator as you really need one to dial in the sub)

The heater probably has a maximum wattage far beyond 80 watts, but 80 watts is the peak amount of power supplied to the element by the power supply, and 27 watt is the idle draw. Heater wattage is a bit of a misleading spec because there are usually multiple answers to the same question.

i thought the evo moved to a heat proof foam. wasnt it in one of your campaign vids? i may be mistaken. is this ceramuc filament safe say there was catastrophic failure and yourbamboo broke and inhaled, cant see this actually hapoen just curious.back to the monkey cage!!lol peace

just curious what you guys think. you buy a custom bub from a respected glassbliwer for 300. you get it its not the design agreedupon or is the work very clean. where usually this blower is sic. janky circ that fires uneven cause of rough cuts, and the kicker, he knew it was for my cloud and the glass on too of the bub was jacked uo i couldnt invert unless a buddy was used. anyway after much arguement the blower refuses to admit mistakes and berates me like im a bitch:) tells me a 300 custom means shit to him cause he does 10 k a month in orders. he knew before he made it i can only vape because of medical conditions and the cloud is one if not the only vape that satisfies my medical needs.argued to the death before he accepted a return, but took 59 dollars off for restocking.lol. i thought he was balling.lol. asshole or not

true there are two sides, i may have been a pain in the ass uo and back with him, but alot of that had ti do with design. i asked him if i could post it on herecand everyone have a civil discussion. Like FC Court.lol. i told him to feel free to post all my emails but i dont think he wants the negative attention. believe me, i can put up with alot, just when you feel like yiu were taken advantage of. he even went as far to say because i asked him if a slide came with, he said no, i saud fine its for my cliud anyway screw it. he then comes back when returning, why did you ask for the slide asshole if you werent gonna smoke.lol. most piecrs come with a slide ive bought from respectable peoole.lol. all just funny

It's all an interesting situation, I'm sure. But I'm not sure what it has to do with the Cloud? :shrug:

To get back on track: I've noticed a serious lack of videos in the thread recently. I'll try to get some new videos up soon, but in the meantime, here is an old one of when I first got my cloud buddy. ;)

Hahahaa I have indeed, well spotted! The Solo has converted me to vaping once and for all so now I am looking for the ultimate tasty cloud machine that will pair with my ever growing glass collection :D

From my endless reading on here it seemed that this machine would be my best choice, other than that I may by a log vape sometime in the future if the need arises :)

I just went with the dry mouthpiece for the moment, and will buy a 14/18 adapter to pair it with my f-bomb...most of my other glass is 18mm so no problems using those pieces as well.

Can't wait! It is going to be a tough couple of months!

I remember that. Although I would have told him not to stop because that is how the cloud gets dirty quick.

Yea, my Solo and new replacement Pax are getting me through, but I REALLY want this new Cloud to be shipping! My ticker lasted over a year and I miss that extraction and flavor. There is nothing like it, and I have owned a bunch of devices as comparison. Come on October!!

has anyone ever tried those pure gold oil caps outta the cloud? one little drop on topand smacks ya in the face.lol. has limone in it they say it enhances flavor and i can def say my grape ape was extra grapey.lol. anyway question, should i have my cloud as hot as posaible when uaing pure oil, liquid, not wax or bho. peace

I used to plug the end of the bamboo with something (like rolled up paper towel) and carefully add ISO to the top and let it soak for a while. I also picked up one of these at Bed Bath & Beyond. It fits the bamboo perfectly and is great for all kinds of glass cleaning:

If you try cleaning the bamboo, keep in mind that if you're adding alcohol from the top, you have to do it very slowly sometimes. There is a reduction in the glass that bottlenecks the liquid, so if you pour too fast you can overflow. Don't want to get iso alcohol everywhere!

I really, really need to clean my bamboo.

theyre related to the campaign, o kinda hope they dont sell them. no offense, just would be nice cause we took the initiative during the campaign. i know some couldnt afford it but thats why its a "perc":) so is that definitely the double? looks like a single circ qith slits cut above for the turbine. dont tease us single chamber donators with grandiers of illusion.lol. if it is the single im happy as a pig in shit. can the vxh camop confirm.

Looks like you can have quite a light drag or heavier of you choose, thanks to this design.
