Just opened the packaged. I have to thank vaporwarehouse for amazing price, service, shipping, and most of the free "spice blender"!

Now to charge her up and get to testing.

I got the spice blender as well... Was wondering why they didn't send something more concentrate related... I doubt anyone ordering a dabbler NEEDS that grinder

Damn, you boiled a Dabbler cartridge?! And it still works??

score
Yup, i figured i bought a spare cartridge anyway, and plan on ordering a few more just in case. So after about 10 minutes of soaking the coil in iso on a plate, and removing excess with a toothpick, i dropped it in boiling water set at medium heat. I let it soak for ten minutes and the ceramic was good as new while the coil still had a little excess left on it so i dipped it back in iso. Let it dry overnight and did a 10 sec burn this morning to get rid of any excess water. Wick is still black but coils are visible again and burned red. I will load it up and try it in a few and report back later.

I wouldnt recommend boiling it as i dont know if it affects any internal components. But it seems to be working like new and it survived my stress test. I went into the process thinking i was gonna ruin it, so couldnt be happier with the results or the product

I didnt know they changed the carts. I got mine from vaporwarehouse last week. When taking a hit initially it feels restricted and like im not getting anything. Then i inhale deeper and whoa! Lung buster for sure. I made the mistake of hitting for the full ten seconds my first time using it and ended up waking up the next day

I've been wanting a load-and-go type pen to complement my O-PHOS, and have narrowed it down to this one and the VIP1 by SSV. I get the impression that the VIP1 can hold a little more, but am wondering if anyone who has used both can shed some light on what the actual difference is? I'm leaning toward the Dabbler based on price alone, but want to make sure I'm not missing anything.

Well my Dabbler worked great for the two times that I loaded it. I noticed the button was sticking a bit and now the light is stuck on. It will not heat up either. Lasted 3 hours max :\

I'm not very impressed to say the least.

Yes, I did charge the battery until the red light turned off. I'm confident that Vaporbrothers and Vaporwarehouse will help me out, it's just unfortunate that I got this dud considering I bought this for a road trip that starts Thursday. That's my luck haha

I had contacted gentlemans regarding the same exact issue, got an email from the "owner" and never received a replacement after letting him know I wanted to take it on my trip to Europe... that was 1 month ago... I gave up and am sure VB will honor their warranty. They are a much more reputable company. Sorry, still feeling a bit "burned", but happy that the dabbler has come into my arsenal.

I am loving this little guy, more and more with each use. I was able to slip away during a family dinner for a quick hit and it was a breeze. Definitely has me rethinking my portable needs.

VB will take care of you. One of the many benefits of purchasing from a reputable company

Wow, so here's my story so far.

I e-mailed both Vapor Brothers and Vapor warehouse yesterday after my unit began to malfunction. Vapor warehouse e-mailed me back within an hour, was very apologetic, and said right up front that they will replace the battery no problem. They also offered to have the battery sent to the hotel I will be at in Denver so I can use my Dabbler during the 710 cup! Once more, they also used priority shipping instead of the standard first class mail that they would usually use, and they are covering return shipping back.

Truly amazing customer service and thanks to them I will be having a wonderful 710 weekend and now have a special gift waiting for me when I arrive. :cool:This thing will be with me in the mountains as well so I'm stoked to have Vapor Warehouse helping me out in such a huge way.

As for Vapor Brothers, they e-mailed me back at least 12 hours after Vapor Warehouse did. They did offer to replace the battery, but first request that I send the old defective battery to them, I pay the shipping, and then they will test and decide If I can get a replacement... as a customer this makes me feel like the manufacturer is blaming me for receiving the defective battery, since they need to test it and make sure I am not lying or something? I give them credit for offering to replace if they deem necessary, but the way Vapor Warehouse handled the whole situation was much more pleasant.

In the end they will both help you, but IME Vapor Warehouse is a true gem of its own. Seriously, they are the shit.

We couldn't agree more. Give us some time we are working on getting something dab related that doesn't kill the profit margin.

All of our competition has been giving a free grinder with the Dabbler. Even our site doesn't list a free grinder with purchase but we decided to start giving one regardless. I felt the same way,, every time I went visited the other sites and saw the free grinder with purchase of any oil pen.

Maybe give away a silicone concentrate container or something like that? Might pull more people your way, over a grinder. Just an idea. :)

I think a small silicone concentrate container is an amazing idea. It would make a lot more sense and every oil head needs places to put their concentrates. I sure do at least. I don't know how that would affect the profit margin though...:uhoh:

Downward spiral
Got 2 new cartridges from Vaporwarehouse. First one doesn't work, slightly gives tiny little wisps of vapor, haven't tried the 2nd one yet because I got it for traveling next month. Put my old cart back on with the same wax loaded, and it works fine so I know it's the cart not battery or concentrate. Quite disappointing considering over $50 paid for 2 carts.
Still love my Dabbler, hate broken carts though.

Damn that sucks, im assuming you loaded it already which is a bummer if you did. Did you test it before you tried it?

On another not, dabbler worked perfectly at cypress hill, saw some kid get busted right in front of me going in. I had no problems however, and was dabbling all night long...

And i got my dabbler last week. Didnt come with a free spice grinder or anything. But really, the FC discount alone was incentive enough for me to go with vaporwarhouse over the competition
