Cloudy...
I am wanting a cloud more and more. *sigh*

All I really need is a free $575. Really. As soon as that falls in my lap, I'm so ordering...

I know how you feel, I have the money but have to wait for international units

I've been tossing whatever extra cash I can in a box in my basement for a few weeks now. It could be $10......it could be $100 but I figure sooner or later (it's usually closer to $100 so read sooner!! Lol) ill have enough and I'll be up in the clouds with the the cool kids!! Now if I could stop dipping into that box for other purchases(glass) ill be there in no time!!

So the point is......start saving...you'll get there sooner than you think!:D

I am a saver, believe me :)

Right now, all my savings are dedicated to a cruise my husband and I are going on in three weeks. Then, April 1st, I start back to university, for my final term to get my BA in Accounting. [to keep this totally on-topic, I think the cloud would prove the best ROI for my needs. There, I've mentioned the cloud AND used an accounting term correctly!]

Maybe by my birthday I'll save enough saved up... ;)

Cloud breaks Friday. I open a ticket friday night. I hear back from them Saturday. They need my order number. I email them right back with the order number. Finally get another email today with the steps needed to send in my cloud. First step was to print and fill out the slip they attached with the email. So I go to open the attachment and I notice there is no attachment. Awesome!!! Probably gong to wait another two days just to get the attachment. This is going to be a long long process. Good thing I had the cloud for whopping full 6 days before it said " f*** you, I aint heating no more"..

Anyways you win VXH. I'll be ordering a cloud plus today. I'll figure out whether to sell one or keep one when "failure uno" returns.

mod note: your last two posts are more than we want to hear until it is resolved. Please refrain from venting here and discontinue updates on this issue until it is resolved.

Isn't this what this thread is for. To post our experience with the product and/or company. I mention the 2% thing once and you give me crap for it and now this. Your really good with your new members huh? You should tell your boys at VXH that they shouldn't have sent me an old broken model the same day they ship out the cloud plus and I wouldn't be having this problem. Oh and by the way

I haven't seen any exclusion of the bamboo in the terms of the warranty. It's a matter of how the bamboo was broken. Clearly it will typically be the user's fault, so no coverage. But if the unit itself malfunctions causing damage to the bamboo (as unlikely as that would be), IMO it would be covered.

Very true, I suppose it's just hard to imagine breaking the bamboo without it being your fault and especially proving it.

Hey Guys:wave:

I recently got into vaping with the PAX portable vape and I LOVE IT. I've been using it as my smoking device everyday now for the past 4 months and then I started researching a desktop vape.......my searching led me to this great site and it looks like the Cloud is the device for me.

I've only seen this site selling it in Canada: http://vaporizers.ca/store.php/category_id/171 The price seems fair and they say it's the cloud plus which I've been waiting for.

They only offer it with the HydraCirc 2.0, or Hydratree 2.0 model.

Which one should I get? Whatever you guys recommend is what I'll order tomorrow. I'm so new to vaping and having only owned a pax. I don't even know what I really want. I do know that I smoke everyday and don't mind spending the money for the best product. I was thinking of getting an extreme Q or LSV but I figure why not just get the best and be done with it and not second guess myself later. I do know that I'll be only vaping from now on. Also are there any other accessories I should get? Anything that needs replacing or cleaning kits, etc. Man, my lungs feel so much better and I get a nicer longer lasting high. Fuck combustion......great name.

You'd probably want to get an extra set of ELBs with it.

As for hydra tree vs hydracirc, just about every review I've read says they are functionally equivalent, so just go with what you prefer, there's no wrong choice to be made.

I personally prefer circs over trees, so I would pick the hydracirc, but you should be very happy with either option.

Oh, and if you have any other glass, a cloud buddy would be a good idea.

EDIT:
Oh, and welcome to FC

Have pre-owned clouds been discussed? If so, I do apologize. My question is: Do pre-owned clouds still have warranty support? If not, is there any way to get that reinstated?

That's a good question, even more so becuase we might start to see used ones pop-up with the release of the Cloud Plus models or people selling their backups.

Only clouds purchased directly through VapeXhale or VXL authorized distributors are qualified for warranty services or warranty extensions. Warranties are not transferable.

Hmmm - Cruise or cloud? When it comes down to simple business decision - in regards to your return on investment think of it this way...cruises are fun for a week - but the cloud is fun forever! :brow:

I just left the Cloud world :(

Sold it to VaporEyes. I am probably getting a Vapor Brothers. I will be watching VXC. Maybe their future products will get me hooked again!

Not sure we're on the same page but if I have one year warranty and for some reason after 6 month I sell it the cloud, warranty is void?

Hmm...it makes no sense.

I can just send the machine back to the dude I bought it from and he will take up on the warranty if its still in the 1 year period.

I mean, law wise the seller still has warranty and cannot be denied... at least in my country.

When someone buys a cloud second hand the warranty is no longer valid for the new owner. We have made this clear from day 1 that warranties are nontransferable. If anyone has any questions about this further please utilize our support portal.

For the appropriate maintenance fee, we will always service a cloud.

Most product warranties are NOT transferable and only apply to the original owner. It may not make sense to you but it's the norm for all kinds of products.

That's always an option, but it requires a good deal of trust and working out the additional shipping costs.
