I tend to agree with m0sh, this is basic electricity. correct voltage & correct Amp rating there is no reason for the adapter not to work, unless it was defective to begin with.

Chinese knock off adapters have a tendency to do this but a real PS adapter or a good knock off should be fine if you could get the right plug on the end.



Wow, I think that would work. For $3.70 I'll order one and find out.

The fault rate for PSU is pretty damn high and doing bad jobs is pretty common...but my co worker can help me ease my worries and he can sample the voltage, not the current tho ;/

I think the cheap price is also due to no PS2 market...but in my country I can get it for 40$...so ...cheap or not?

Ok, so I finally got this thing today and the instructions don't say shit about charging before use to prolong battery life or the initial pre burn to remove assembly residues. Need this thing to work and last as I must stop damaging my lungs with smoke but I'm skeptical that this thing is going to medicate me as you guys say.. F it, I'm gonna fire it up and hopefully I don't f it up and it works! I'll update in an Hour!!

Actually, I've been in contact with Planet Vapes within the last 24 hours, the Straight pvhes are in stock and they expect the other styles to follow over the next few weeks. The CS rep said the tubes sold out right after being newly stocked... they expect more in a couple weeks...

Not sure if I should go ahead and order the straight one now so I'll have it when my solo arrives or just wait...

Reporting back: Holy shit, you guys weren't kidding. I never new that my herb could taste like that. A connoisseur's delight. I did two bowls and I'm flying. Worked perfectly. Came charged and ready for action. I am soooo happy that I got this unit.. The used goods look like tobacco like you all said,amazing. I'm pondering all the freedom that that this little oderless act of genius has just gifted me, T

I really believe the PVHEGong loses some of its structural integrity when notched for airflow. When using my new 18mm it doesn't feel nearly as solid as my standard gong. Anyone else feel this way?

I haven't had any issues with my 18mm PVHESGonG (we need an acronym for that acronym ).

It feels just as sturdy as my stock stems to me, it's the only stem I've used since I got it...

Grassman, I assume you've got an M1A model. Does yours indicate the remaining charge on the battery when you fire it up? I just got mine (big ups tp PIU!) and I kept seeing 7 and thought wow, this battery really is tank, but then the charge light came on. I did notice a couple other members comment on this, just wanna here from other M1A owners.

Basically, I've read that when the solo is turned on the LED's flash to indicate the remaining charge, like according to the 7 numbers. My unit always flashes a 7. I'm wondering if other M1A owners experience this.

Yup, 15% is illegal. Front windows no darker then 30%, Back windows no darker then 20%. I live in Miami, FL 95% of the time it hot... 30% tint don't block the sun at all.

I am looking into buying my first vape and am leaning towards the Arizer Solo as my main choice. I believe this vape would be good as my first stand alone unit, or paired with a shower-head bubbler (if i decide to keep the bubbler and not sell it). Is there anything I should know about the Arizer Solo before going ahead with buying it (keeping in mind, this would be my first vape). I have tried the Volcano before at a Vapour Lounge in Toronto, as well as the Extreme Q and V-Tower vapes.

Would the best place to buy the Solo be eBay for $160 including shipping to Victoria, BC, Canada or are there better deals out there? Any other info regarding the Solo would be much appreciated.

He smelled it really? I guess you had your windows closed. That really sucks sorry it happened. At least no mj ticket just tint.

@DJTHESOUND If you live in Canada get it in Canada....Planetvape has it for 160 I believe if not ask them. If they won't still sell it for that price which I doubt then get it from puffitup. Even though the price is the same those both are recommended vendors on this site and a good bunch of us have used both for one reason or another.

If you go with planetvape you may want to consider the pvhes stems, gongs and the power adapter.
