I don't understand the need for the stealth adapter since the glass looks like a straw and can just be put through a cup if that is what you want to do. To me the solo with your hands over the light looks like a can anyhow and if you wan it more stealth print a red bull label and put it on and cut out the light indented section and keep that on your palm side. You can even use one of those drink holders that are made out of neoprene. Just my thoughts.

I've used my gong stem as a stealth adapter with the solo in a McDonald's cup.
The tip of it stuck out (approx 1/3 of the ground section was visible) and I didn't like that...

Realistically, no ones gonna notice (how often do you look at strangers drinking?), but for this situation, where MJ consumption is socially "frowned upon" at best, or at worst, illegal, the stealth adapter would've given me that bit more peace of mind that no ones gonna notice me.

I was actually going to use a water bottle and custom it if I can for those type of iffy situations. This way you can make it the exact height you need by padding the bottom. I was even thinking foam might work since it doesn't get all that hot and foam breaths. I got a hole cabinet of freebie water bottles to play with just for something to do. I am not sure it will work but when I get around to it we will see.

If I bought the stealth adapter it would be for attaching a whip or for an ultra stubby mouthpiece, not for a plastic straw. I'd be worried about the plastic melting on the glass.

I'd rather get a straight stem and paint it with heatsafe white/yellow/red like a McDonalds straw.

Oh that is to good...if you paint one I want to see it. I tried even though I don't use water, but a 1/2 tubing fits snug inside the glass stem if that will help you. I did it once cause my throat was sore and wanted the longer path.

Even when you Click on it?? It says Private in my window too but still lets me play it. It's the first vid I've tried to post. I didn't want to use youtube so i set up an account with Vimeo and used their uploader...maybe i have to check settings. Can Anyone view the video?

I bet a Solo+GonG would fit well in a coffee container, at an angle so the GonG comes out the hinged part of the lid. You could sip on the cup comfortably, I bet.

to some that may work, but the point of the stealth adapter is to be able to slide a real straw over the top to not cause any confusion what so ever.

Yea I'm sure I can view it if I make a Vimeo account. But, just letting you know as everyone doesn't have always have time to do so.

Gotcha. Didn't realize. I'll try and make it public for all in settings and then maybe, hopefully, others without accounts can view without having to sign up. I'll try later as I'm at work currently.

Two stems in this morning. The Solo is best at getting me where I need to be with smallest amount of product used...

Edit: unlocked video so now all should be able to view even without Vimeo account.

I know this is sort've backwards, but I've never had a session with the Solo via herb/bud by itself.

What sort of performance can I expect from high quality flowers, well ground? I've been almost exclusively using hash because I used to never get it and now I have good access to it.

Nice vid! I know the stem fits in like that but try getting just a tad bit of tubing(I use 7th floor tubing from my da Buddha) and just slip a little piece over the end to make the seal better. You might be a bit surprised by the results.

Great video indeed. You sir, could really use a GonG. It's a shame to see the stemline on that piece so restricted. If it were my first (or only) custom stem, I'd get the 14mm Turbo PVHEGonG.

For stealth I cut teh bottom off a 20oz pop bottle. Slide the Solo through the bottle with the straight stem, and only 1/4" sticks out the top.

Just have to remember to turn the bottle upside down when hitting it to simulate drinking something, looks strange drinking something when its upright

I've walked past ALOT of people doing that, only a couple have noticed vapor clouds when I was blowing it out

Thanks for the Props & the Recommendation! I think as soon as I get my holiday shopping finished for everyone else, that is my next purchase for myself. A Turbo PVHEGonG. I tried attaching some DBV tubing to Stock Bent Stem & 7thFloor WPA last night per suggestion from VapeNStone, but found there to be more restriction than with just the bent stem. The restrictive draw may have been due to the length of tubing I used, will try later this evening with shorter amount of tubing. Here's a short vid I made last night with the tubing experiment:

Well the PVHES GoNG stem is simply mind blowing...it now has become my favorite stem
I think I'll might get a turbo one as well... :)

I use like a quarter of an inch piece just so it seals. Got it to work. Nice vid but damn you got ALOT of water in that piece lol

Boy am I glad to have my Solo+PVHES 18 turbo Gong+Hydracirc :D

Cloud is acting up, cooling down now for a cleaning to hopefully remedy the problem. Picked up the solo and took a few hits and have to say I miss the fuller flavor I get from the solo (said this before), and the turbo gong is making my solo behave like a mini-cloud. I can rip it pretty hard and pull a lot of vapor, unlike the restricted stems. It is not quite as smooth of a hit as the cloud, but the hits are comparable in volume and thickness. It milks the tube with ease. :luv:

Just gotten my PVHES 18mm GONG...looking lovely!! I must find a way to keep it safe from my dreadful hands!

EDIT: Oh lord, how I missed the PVHES !!! I just vape some lovly Mango Haze with the PVHES GoNG and my wonderful HY showerdome, man what a lovly pack of thick clouds, I was really coughing... oh I missed this ... lets see how long I survive without breaking it.
