Clean one of them and make them a dedicated vapor piece! MASSIVE tubes are not even a MINOR problem with an underdog and a ground glass adapter

@ SM - what makes you think I don't have something in the works like what you describe? Not saying that I do, or that if I did it would have a disco ball or if such a thing existed that it would also be known as the Disco Dog.

@ Abysmal - I like the sound of that fusion arc design dude, why don't you move over here and head up my fusion arc / spiritual wellness division? Maybe Abysmal can start some kind of Dog heavy commune or cult or what have you.

@ everyusername - dude! If you're going to kayak across then hold on so I can find someone to cover for me in the shop so I can go with you! I'll bring my solar panel for the Dogs and a couple of kites so we can kite-surf the kayaks instead of paddle. Gotta make a gear list now.. Oh, and PAX is awesome! Maybe I should start hosting an annual UD retreat up in the beautiful mountains or at the coast or something, Dog heavy like Abysmal's cult, maybe like a Dog heavy Burning Man but with less raver-kids-on-stilts (or unicycles) though to end it we'll probably need to "the steam" instead of "the burn". Anyone want to suggest an official name for my event? I've got an imaginary set of VIP tickets for the person to suggest the best name.

That's so cool to hear, makes her even that much more special to me. The grain of the purpleheart is mesmerizing, and just plain beautiful around the heatport especially. I can see how it would be easy to get lost in such deep thoughts while with her

After I unboxed everything, I plugged her in and admired all the accessories that came with. I've ran two stems through, and WOW are these hits satisfying. The learning curve was nonexistent, it's proven to be nearly effortless so far to operate. Loving it!

I got in my package today! I had Dave make me something special... well everything he makes is special, but this is some really cool stuff. Anyway Dogett made me a themed Caddy for my stems, glass vials, jars, poker, and to top it all of she themed it after my blog! I requested on of the wooden/glass stems and he surprised me with a nice custom stem for my Space Modulator. Thanks too you both... I really appreciate you guys going above and beyond for the community! I snapped a few quick photos with my point and shoot:

@ SM - really happy you like the caddy and the stems man, I couldn't resist making the stem to match the space modulator but wasn't sure how they'd look mated up.. looks pretty good to me.

Now you're talking Dave, kite-surfing the kayaks while we pass the Dogs sounds like the perfect plan! Oh, and there is only one possible name for the annual UD retreat ... it has to be 'The Fogging Dog'

I love your space combo SM, that stem looks exactly like I pictured it when I saw you mention a custom stem for it. Really nice caddy as well, I especially dig those little paw-prints

So glad to see the materials thread come around... 'twas getting HOT in there! I only ever get positive vibes on this thread. I have never heard anyone on this thread say they don't like their UD or it's performance. Nor has anyone ever had an issue with Dave or his service to my knowledge. Hopefully he will start getting some love over there on the materials thread now as well. It is well deserved.

The wooden/glass stems are great! They feel like they work similarly to the glass stems you provided before. I like the feeling more. I also like the thicker silicone stem over the thinner. I think if you like the direct draw from a stem you should get yourself one of the wooden/glass hybrid stems.

Also the caddy is great. I love being organized.
