Dabpress Rosin Plates

I will let you know, hopefully this evening. The price we want to keep competitive in the starter press market so I expect it'll be closer to dp-bj3t33 price than dp-bj6t35. All of our hydraulic units with the exception of dp-hr10t35 stainless steel mini press are driptech capable.

Thanks for your question, for sure dp-rp37 will fit on the 12-ton harbor freight H-frame press. Filter bags aren't really necessary if you have some choice colas to press, but if you have a lot of smalls they are pretty much needed so you can be efficient with your pressure (as it contains the material)

Our bundle is available, it comes with the rectangle puck maker and 40pc 2x4" 160u filters for flower for $359

Awesome !
One more question .
Do you know if the frame will withstand a larger tonnage jack if I wanted to replace the 4 ton ?
Hopefully they will be available soon , I am about ready to order this week !

We don't recommend to replace the jacks with higher tonnage. I would recommend our 6-ton unit if you feel like you will outgrow your starter press too quickly, for the difference in price you have that future proofing with an extra 2 tons of force.

It will be a personal press rather than a starter press for me , as I hope to not have to buy another .
I just like the frame with the 4 springs better than the 6 ton frame.
Looking forward to rollout of the new model .

Great! So this unit has already reached the port in US. It will take another week or so to clear. The price for sale is $369 for dp-bj4t35. We plan on including our combo in the bundle offer which includes our dp-pm3015r cylinder pre-press mold and 40pc 160u filters, the combo price is still TBD from the factory.

I'll post pictures when they become available to me.

Amazon is pretty much al-a-carte purchasing as normal, if you wanna PM me your Amazon order #, I'll see what we can get you as an FC member as a bonus =) Thanks for your purchase, and please ask any questions!

Team NO SLEEP!
I've been kicking the can down the road since I found a bonus roll of uncut bags, but I need more 160 bags soon.

I keep going back and forth over upsizing to a larger prepress, or continuing to do dual puck presses... Thoughts? Is one 10g puck going to yield more than dual 5g pucks? I imagine less gets reabsorbed/lost in a single bag than dual. Bottle tech unless better methods are recommended.

Back to 10g prepress pucks of June last years harvest (still), 4.5 minutes all up, slowly adding pressure until the last 90 seconds on 2500psi on the puck at 107c/225f for 2.02g return or 20.2%, I like cracking 20%.

Hey guys
I need detailed instructions on how to bleed my 3 ton bottle jack .
The directions on dp.com are kind of confusing to me . Do I do the whole process described in the instructions ? , or do I only have to remove the little plastic cap next to the release valve and turn that thing clockwise and replace the cap ?
Or both ?
Thanks

Are you bleeding the bottle jack because it will not close the platens when you depress the handle?

There are a number of ways to bleed a bottle jack, probably the easiest is to open the release valve 1/2 turn and put the jack handle in the socket and depress it quickly about 10-15 times, then close the release valve and retest. Be sure to do this while the press is upright.

If that doesn't do it, I have instructions to purge air through the fill port I can send you.

It seems to be losing pressure. When I start to apply pressure it makes sounds like air is leaking and it seems to lose pressure . I have to to keep pumping to maintain the pressure.
This is my 1st bottle jack , so I don't know if that is normal , but it didn"t seem right .
It feels significantly different from yesterday when it would get to a point that I wouldn't want to pump anymore as to now where it seems like I can just keep on pumping and pumping.

If you are hearing air leaking it sounds like the seal is blown. How hard are you pressing once it feels tight, are you still continuing to apply pressure? A bottle jack delivers pressure basically instantly. Once it feels resistance you're pretty much applying maximum pressure.

While your pressing, the pressure will drop while the oil is flowing but you should be able to retighten it on the puck until it no longer loses pressure. Usually that is finished within the first minute or so.

The bottle jack in my mg-bj3t33 failed as well. It wouldn't hold pressure. Within a minute or so of pressing the plates together, they would separate enough to fit a couple of credit cards into. (That's with the press upright and nothing being pressed.) Trying to bleed it did not resolve the problem.

Although Dabpress was very quick to replace the bottle jack, my replacement is beginning to do the same. When pressing, I have to check the jack handle often to make sure there is still pressure on the plates.

I am pressing til it's tight , then gradually adding more pressure .It seems like it is not holding the same pressure as before . I apply what feels like full pressure then it seems to lose pressure so I have to pump it back up , over and over to keep the pressure on the puck . And the air sound too .
What shoukd I do. ?

Yes this concerns me .
The bottle jack along with what seems like a slight twist in the frame of my bj3t33 that is setting off my OCD has me worried .
3 ton jacks aren't available at my local Harbor Freight , Lowes , or Home Depot .

If there is a twist in your frame as well, that makes me wonder if it could be the cause of your seal issue, press got tweaked in shipping, fouled seal? IDK but since you just purchased it on Amazon, if you prefer to return it I would suggest that route versus sending you a replacement bottle jack, then having to replace the frame.

I hope this makes sense.

I think they are sold out of the bj3t33 .

Yeah I'm sorry about that, I know you had ordered the last one. Your best chances on having that particular model would be a refurbished unit. There is one on ebay for $250 right now.

Sorry it didn't work out bud =/
