Ti Woody XLS in Blackwood single-crown with what looks to be a...redwood? mouthpiece. I started building one around a double-crown blackwood stem but I could buy the entire woody in the sale for less than the double-crown + ti tip + ebony mp and I get the cap and xl condenser too that way. Still tempted by the double-crowns though...all black with the silver crowns/cap just looks damn stylish to me.

Oof... I went a little crazy. Never had a dynavap product before this sale.
From dynavap: an “m” and an Omni, and the deluxe starter kit. Then my friend who I had been talking up dynavap in general to decided on the “m” starter kit, so I added an Omni xl for me to his order. Then I saw the 2017/2018 “m” combo go down in price to $60, and couldn’t pass that up, so... Any suggestions for a stand?
From Jyarz: classic and the funnel.
From interplanetary development: silo xl, and a launchpad, and then today with the 30% off sale I added another 2 launch pads.
I might have a problem. Also pretty sure all I can afford is cup o noodles for the next month.

I posted this the other day with my old dugout. Gotta say that this combo gets a lot of love from me. I only wish they were XL. I felt safer getting the double crown. The MP was not anything special but I liked the color they sent. At that time the bodies were coming from Ed's TNT, as this says on the other side.
Added: I wanted to add that this Woody has a gen3 tip, and I have never felt a need to upgrade it. It hits really well the way it is. Go figure...

It may look like a hopper, but imagine that brass end replaced by a ti tip and cap, maybe a spiral of SS or thin titanium inside that long wide body...I think that would be a niiiicee hit, you could get a lot of airpath in there

Yeah, after getting the 18M when it was on sale (loved it!) I went crazy during the 420 sale, and then more crazy after the 420 sale. I regret none of it.
But I am gonna pass on this sale. I want to purchase more, but at this point it would just be redundancy.
DV seems to be cleaning out inventory, which is a good thing. I am hoping for new products (like the IH) and new designs (new improved woodies?).
Before then if the DVAS gets too strong.. I will seek after market accessory legos.

To play Devil's Advocate here...the button is not even beginning to be pressed on the torch. The pic appears to be more intended to show motion, as she is in movement to get to heating position.

Agree with others that the pictures aren’t their strong suit though.
It’s ironic because dynavap typically seems to have a pretty astute eye for detail.

No disagreement from me on my personal reaction to the pictures...but they are trying to reach the masses. That requires dumbing it down a bit. I'll give them that much.

The lighter top is open (my lighter does this automatically as you press the ignition button) and her thumb is on the button.

Very nice! That’s almost exactly what I was thinking about when I looked at the anodized condensers. The only differences in what I was considering were a full XL stem size and something along the lines of one of @phattpiggie ’s “twists” (wood, metal, glass, or maybe even another material) but not too thick and limited to the stem area, tapering off at the ends. Probably difficult to do right, but I think it’d be cool.
How about something a little different to kick the week off.
Blackwood Open Twist over Pomegranate.
A full stem of clear glass like yours was my second choice for a colored condenser though, and after seeing yours, if I had an anodized condenser I’d want a stem just like that too.
I'm not sure if a mod to fit a VC tip is actually possible on these ...whatever they 're supposed to be .@stardustsailor I really want that now...if I bought one of those things, would you be interested in converting it for me please?
