When it comes to screen adjustment no matter what implement used, I find it easier if supported from below by the condenser tube while a pen/bolt/chopstick or whatever is inserted from the front to sandwich screen between the two, then you can move the tip rather than implement til the screen sits where you like.

Personally I only mess with this after cleaning but currently my omnivong is set to minimum in an attempt to dial back the amount of green but still get to vape often!

:peace:

P.s congrats @phattpiggie, maybe next time

So I love my M.
Is it worth the upgrade to the omni?
Or just go Tim? Bigger bowl and heat up time would suffice I think.
I find the carb/airflow on the M just fine.

Anyone else just roll the M in their fingers to carb/uncarb while hitting it?

Seems most in videos tap/untap but I love the roll/unroll on the carb lol
That’s how I do it. Roll it open a bit to fine tune.

What O/X rings go on the Omni MP/condenser, please? Thannkee.

All tips, stainless steel and titanium as well as the Omni condenser take the same oring; a 6mm ID with a 1mm wall.

The regular condenser for the M model and the Uni model take xrings. There are two sizes; a 7mm and an 8mm OD. The larger one secures the top of the mp and the smaller size sits on the condenser inside the midsection.

I'm so excited to be standing in the phattpiggie functional art queue this round. Its always a great pleasure to see what he comes up with, we're lucky he's a VapCap nutter and so he turned his creative genius to making these gorgeous artesan stems. I sure don't deserve something this classy and it will probably be a one-time-only event for me, personally. It's okay as I anticipate the demand for his time and skills outside the realms of FC will continue to increase at a breakneck pace.

I think 2018 is going to be the year of the piggie and the year the Dynaverse expands in a big way. DV will surely continue to grow in the states as more people are exposed to the kick-assness of VapCaps. But DV & VapCaps could also explode in the UK and Europe this year. The lightning sale for a limited run of pp stems at a UK website recently perfectly illustrated that the wider world has now seen and has got a taste of what our English homeboy can do. I'm sure Tariq, the site owner would love to sell another 30 in a few hours! So so happy to see this really kind, humble guy experience higher levels of recognition and success.

EDIT: shoulda included our VC brethren in all of North & South Americas. Sorry!

Do you know what you want? Have you chosen a style and material? I am excited for you! PPs stems are delightful, beautiful, functional and elegant. His stems bring stoners up a notch or two. We're not just sucking the end of a slobbery joint anymore. With a PP stem and a Vapcap tip and cap, suddenly we've entered the exclusive realm of elegant sophistication.

I'm on the list too. This is better than Xmas! I am hoping for a lidded stem in maybe some nice Cocobolo. I can't wait to see what other delights PP brings to us this year.

Now, I'm a little piggie myself according to the Chinese horoscope. We're heading into the Year of the Dog next month which from what I've read should be a positive year for most signs. The Year of the Pig comes next year in 2019. So, I'm with you @pxl_jockey I believe the momentum will continue build around the Dynaverse as Vapcaps become a household name. Soon, everybody will have a Vapcap.

I just love that warm and fuzzy feeling I get when I have a PPVC in my mouth.

Hey fellas ,

I just wanted to say thanks to the people who contribute to this thread and the dynavap community. I've recently transitioned to vaping a couple months ago and haven't looked back. I've recently acquired an "M" and the thing is SO worth the $. It's a steal compared to my other vaporizer. Though there was nothing wrong with my other, I enjoy the experience and things to learn with dynavaps. There's so many positive things to say about it that I'm sure I'd sound like a broken record to you guys. So to the lurkers who are on the fence about an "M" (as I once was), I say "go for it".:tup:

I've said it before, I'll say it again - as it is a good tip for all vapcapers. . .

"Even if you think you have found your preferred technique, mix it up a bit every now and then. . you might just find something else works even better!"

There are so many factors in play here, from type and quality of weed, to lighter, to technique, to ambient temperature or pressure, wind chill, heat vs time, air flow, tip material, condenser type and or setting etc etc . .

I've been blowing my socks off with the vapcap for over 8 months and during that time. . Sometimes my single lighter is working best for me, sometimes the triple or double is getting the better results. Sometimes one of my vapcaps is working better than the other (they're EXACTLY the same). I have a spare M tip that I sometimes throw on and mostly don't like as much. . but some times that M tip stays on for a week cos it's really working for me. . .

I could go on, but the point is don't settle in too much of a groove if ya know what's good for ya.

PS - I have no experience yet with the induction heaters. For all I know they're heaven in a bottle every time

Edit: I mistakenly thought this post would come directly after a more related post a few pages back. . this thread moves so fast :p

Solid advice from @mrb I have taken it to heart and reaped the benefits. I think it may well apply to all vaporizers if that isn't too radical. Somewhere back I thanked him for sharing this tip, he should probably repost it every 20 pages or so. I swear that changing it up can give me better (different) effects from the same variety. This is more important when you don't have many varieties on hand. Or just one. :ugh:

Dear @Squiby I'm excited for me too, I feel like squealing like a little kid! This is part one of my grand Dynaplan and only requires the tip/cap. Part Deux will involve the LE tip & spinning Ti mp, XL condenser & an OTHERWORLDLY carbless stem from @stardustsailor and then I plan to implode from consumerism overload! I honestly can't imagine what else I might require in the way of VapCap acquisition. My ambitions aren't very grand, with a mobile lifestyle we don't acquire lots of stuff but the problem with that logic is VapCaps are so dang small! And such fun! But then, I don't need to tell you do I?

The man and I have had preliminary talks. He had to reassure me when I started to hyperventilate when going over possibilities, lol. I think it's gonna be Bocote open twist, where bits of the condenser tube will be exposed; with aluminium accents and black walnut or other darker species for the mp. Maybe 122mm or so, a bit longer than an XL but not so long as Hunter Thompson's ciggy holder, lol! I don't want to look like Cruella DeVille. So pp & I will talk when he's closer to my number but I honestly plan to trust him. He might begin turning and something different wants to come out, I think he's done some amazing work when he has had to improvise and changed course mid-stem. I knew nothing of Bocote until I received my DStashXL and I fell in love. The grain has a psychedelic quality where I can get lost in its patterns. I like trippy! :D

I have really bad GAS?

FC 186 4 2 day'z now?

Tomorrow I change it with something else?

The "M" is all I need? (Butane wise!)

The adapter was just good luck. (WINE-0-VAC cap cut off the top?)
Wine is cheap in CALIFORNIA!
Like CANNABIS? cheaper by da day?

I’m in Cali right now and missing my Vapcaps so much. I’m loving the warm days but not so much the cold nights. How do Californians deal with 24°C weather swings in winter?!? I’m glad you guys are on the green path though.

Lower prices on weed = CIVILIZED.

I’ve got some ideas flowing about making some longer thinner stems. I recently did a rethink of my lathe setup and I have some smaller Gr2 titanium tubing that will make great stem material. Now I really wish I was home so I could make some stuff.

"M" is the MEDICAL DEVICE for PATIENT'S
Some need BLING?

BLING to show off?

MEDICAL or EGO?
Bling? The term bling has always been associated with opulence for the sake of attention in my mind.

If you’re referring to the Ti models and aftermarket stems I feel like a beautiful object that is also functional takes away stress from someone when they use it. I like to stare at my stems as I use them, it gives me pleasure. I don’t think I’d enjoy a session as much without my custom stems.

The M is a vapour machine no doubt but I don’t think the other models and accessories are Bling.

Beauty and functional design is medicinal to me, it lessens the stress of the day and puts my mind in a brighter place.

100 bucks a zip? That's it , I gotta move to Cali.
Move to BC! Less people, more trees, similar prices!

@Pimpslapper the cheapest option is to spend $40, plus shipping, on the Ti tip and go from there.
If you like it you can always buy all the other Omni parts next time DV have a sale.

Had a great response to get on this round of orders, so much so I'm having to close the list early.
All the places are filled.
Thank you all.
Hard tonkeep up with this thread so sorry if I missed some responses.
I think this is what I will do

$79 per ounce of Flower at several places in Colorado. 600mg Indica or Sativa Tincture is $33 (if a member of dispensary...about $43 if not). Don’t mind me...just bragging. But my friend in a Med-only state is paying thru the nose for Flower.

Yum, I am jealous.

Can’t imagine why I rode the rails right thru Colorado hi-tailing it from the West Coast,
on my way back to Massachusetts...

—My pretending-to-be-a-hobo days, I guess.

Kerouac had it all, but that was before the GREENING of America.:leaf:. :bigleaf:.:leaf:.

Sorry for those who missed getting on the list. Be ready to pounce on his next list.
Those who got on are in for a treat.

I've been consoling myself by experimenting with my Omni's adjustable carb and very happily I might add. I had been using the adjustable bowl setting a lot and digging it, but had left the adjustable carb alone. Now I get it. Holy crap.

Leaves your fretting hand and strumming hand free while you toke from click to click.
My favorite feature of the Omni.
So, what are your favourite adjustable condenser settings guys? Fully closed, 3/4, 1/2, 1/4? I'd say I'm about 7/8 closed.....
