Excellent! Once I get my 20mm running again, I'll be loaning the 16mm to a friend to see if he gets on with it. The only way he might not is due to having kids and dogs but I think this new stand I've got might swing it.

So yeah, 6hrs into having the circular stand that has the mounting holes for the dabbers, and its fantastic. I cant sing its praises enough. It barely moves, doesnt get hot at all (apart from the peg that the head rests on), and the head is way more securely balanced than I expected. It fixes itself on very sturdily.

The space for the silicon tub isnt really that useful to me as a silicon tub holder, but it fits the lollicap almost perfectly, so its great for balancing the lollicap in Stops it from sliding around if it accidentally gets nudged. Its not the exact same size like the lollicap is, but the hole still fills the same function with the showercap.

It is here and i went hard right away. First run i did some ground sativa flower followed by a dab of sativa rosin (double decker?). somehow maneuvered the carb cap onto the showerhead after the dab melted in and wow... What a way to start our new friendship. I had it up at 700 with a good preheat. Pulverized a good size bowl plus the dab fairly well in 4 maybe 5 big rips. I followed that up with two more big fresh bowls of ground tangerine sativa flowers. Only because i had something special still ground up from the day before while waiting for the package. I was obliterated. And super energized.

What temp are y'all using? I could see lower than 700 for flower next time.

After walking around the house, up and down the stairs over and over again i decided to take the dog for a walk. 100lbs Rottweiler/sheepdog mix. But we didn't really walk, we both just strut. He was really feeling my vibe, even more so than usual. Floating on the tangerine sunshine nodding a good how do you do to all who passed. Almost out of body.

Home now, outside enjoying the suns still. Think i need to fire back up the FP and go inside and shoot some pool.

Need more experimenting but once i switch to the nighttime meds this may knock me out quick.

My sweet spot is between 650 - 675. I feel lower's more flavorful but also more wasteful. I only use the carb cap for dabs. I also use the leftover avb for infusing coconut oil for edibles. Thank you for the business.

After cleaning my setup the other day, I've found myself creeping up in temps for flowers. I want thick vapor and it all done in one hit.

Doesn't help I'm on a self imposed concentrate break atm in a futile attempt to curb my tolerance.

I'm at 655 now. Not sure how dabs will be the higher I go. I took one super hot while trying to dial in the SiC the other day and my throat was raw for like 10min after lol

I would like to see SS screens and maybe a slightly smaller rim for the screen could than be used as SS is more ridged.

What is the poker on the stand for? To knock poke out the ABV? Metal stand is really too beautiful to duff all over. Also, the holes for my dabber tubes are a little too big, the tools fall too easily. Could be improved to fit many tool sizes on a later design but does anyone have any tips to keep tools from falling on the current design?

They've never "boasted" about Ti screens, ever. NV has been being asked by members here to add Ti screens to their site.

Just because they have awesome Ti items already that doesn't mean they're indebted to have Ti screens too. Although I wouldn't mind owning custom NV Ti screens if they ever emerge.

If you order any of the NV FP's they come with a grip of free screens ss and brass. NV has never touted that these are anything but what they are. Screens. I'd say it's not a bad thing to be getting free screens.

I'm about to pull the trigger on the showerhead kit, but first I have some random questions for you guys..

Do the male bowls typically stick after a rip from some expansion? I like to pull my bowl with my rip to avoid blow back, but it seems like this has a pretty wide open air path so I figure the blow back probably isn't as fierce as something like a log vape stem.. Anyways, I'm kinda torn on whether to get the male bowl, or the female bowl and just use an adapter

Also I was wondering, for you guys w/ both 14mm and 18mm male bowls, do you notice any performance difference between the different sizes.. I thought I read that the showerhead does great w/ both, but especially wide open.. is that pretty much how it is..

...i get 14mm joints and use a sublimator 14-18 adaptor if needed (i like this one because it sits in the joint more like a shim than a typical glass adaptor)

Mine only sticks if I've let it cool and the reclaim has solidified. Leaving the head on the bowl for a few seconds cures that.

The only other time it sticks is if I leave the head on too long, but I kinda get the impression thats from the weight wedging the bowl down, rather than expansion.

I had a similar thought re the de-bowler poker on the stand but I've taken to it immediately. Another reason I removed the silicon from my stand is an assumption that the ABV would get all over it. With the screen now staying in, I much prefer it to tapping the bowl on the side of my abv jar. Also empties my basket screen with out knocking it out. I used the stand and de-bowler all night last night, and just emptied the stand for the first time. A little wipe and its spotless.

Just ordered a pack of four EVO screen from vapefiend, I'll be interested to see how they fit.

terpenes from your concentrates will eventually seep into the micro-holes in the silicone or some bullshit. Glass is best but it's still a bitch to get it all out!

I'll have a new bowl either today or tomorrow and will report back on ELBs fitting, but I only plan on using the lids for microdosing if they do indeed fit (which I'm pretty sure they don't... or if they do, it wasn't announced, so I'll be pleasantly surprised.)

The big piece of the ELB, I don't have those and don't plan on using em. Just the small, metal rimmed little chode looking baskets that I use in my tubo. They fit about .05g pretty reliably.

Yeah, I get well confused with what basket screen actually fit, EQ/EVO/ELB blah blah blah. But I've bought some of the EVO ones from vapefiend before to try in a different device, and I know I can rip em apart and the screen material will last and can be reshaped. A blunted pencil is great for putting a screen in the FP bowl channel, which is what Im already doing anyway. So I bought some.

I like doing dabs at higher temps so the further I can get the flower away from the heat, the more chance I have of doing a high temp dab/medium temp flower double decker, with no charring.

I also just like having a basket screen underneath the normal screen for extra particle filtration. Eventually it gets a bit blocked so I whack up the temp and vape that off, then torch it.

I love the conservation and easy collection of reclaim the FP has.

I havent missed the SH one bit since going back to the OGFP, but obviously I know this is a false sense of security and I've got a major upgrade coming just by getting a fixed 20mm thru the mail
