OK... That's not a deleted scene from 'Space Ball The Move'.

It's an actual scene from 'Space Balls The Move' :lmao:

So I just took receipt of this bad ass storage box for all my vape needs:

It's not the best build quality but it wasn't too many £'s and you get what you pay for.

The top two slim draws have dividers in them that work great for VapCaps, really happy with it. :D

Man, that looks sweet! I have an old jewelry box that works well. Many to be found in different shapes & sizes on eBay, though it may take a little shopping to find what you like best. Doesn't seem to be anything currently out there that I like as much as mine. Here's an example, though. And, another. Mine holds all my VC goodies in one section, and most of the other stuff I use regularly, too. There are a bunch of smaller ones, like this, that could work great for just VCs. Small cardboard boxes make great "dividers", or if you're crafty you can really trick them out with some velour, cardboard and a glue gun.

I "shopped" for mine for about a month before I found the "perfect" one for me. Ended up being around $40 including shipping, but has a few doors, many drawers (that work well for my shit), and royal blue velour inside. Couldn't happier with it!

Could someone explain exactly how the air port works and how it interacts with the vapor path? I have read through the universal manual that came with my M and the FAQ on the website but couldn't find the explanation I was looking for. An image that shows the path of both air and vapor when the air port is closed and open for each vapcap would be great!

Edit: A google search with better wording helped me find the answer from George on this thread, but I am still confused as to how the air from the air port enters the condenser tube. It's much more complicated than it looks, so an image of air/vapor paths would be great in the manual.

@nickdanger Thanks! George explains it very well in this video

I drew this up a while ago, it's actually a mock up of the more basic M design but for an Omni it would work quite similarly with the major difference being that the location of the condensers inlet can be moved forward further into the tip restricting the amount of airflow from the carb hole and creating more negative pressure on the Ti-Tip thus drawing more air/vapour into the condenser.

What this diagram doesn't show is all the air turbulence and the cooling effect that has on the Tip/Stem join, as well as the cooling of the condenser itself.

That diagram is perfect! Thanks for posting it!

So after 5 months of electronic vaping I need to try this vapcap. The Omni because I want to have full options and if I like it I will try the m or og. Started with Fenix few months ago after stopping with smoking. Liked it bought 2nd hand mighty. Loved it and bought an FF2 did not like it right away but love it after hating it. Next the Da Vinci IQ and bought a second mighty new because of my daily use and need for this unit. Bought the orbiter from magic flight and adapter for mighty and IQ loved it with the Iq did not need it for the mighty. After that great combination of IQ and bubbles I wanted the honeybird nectar collector core and the spacers for the IQ. Now I'm portable with bubbles lol. Had to send in FF2 for repair got a new one after breaking the pearl post from the IQ recieved another one for that too. I always keep everything when sending in unit's so lots of spare stuff thanks to the great service from the vapeshop Netherlands. But now advise on the omni what should I look for 2 or 3 flames torch, spare parts?

I recommend that new Vapcappers start with a multiple jet lighter. A quad will heat your cap evenly in as little as 3-4 seconds. A triple slightly longer.

There are no parts that need constant changing. I have all the spare replacement bits. But I must say the longevity of the stock unit is astonishing.

However, what are the bits that the Omni will need eventually?

- High Temperature Orings. These are round tube shaped orings that fit onto the titanium tips and the Omni condenser/mouthpiece. If you remove these frequently and/or you're not gentle when removing them, they could deform, or break or even get lost. There are 4 orings on the tip for a friction fit into the body or stem and there are 4 orings on the Omni condenser/mouthpiece. You can get by without a full compliment of orings quite nicely for a long time. I broke an oring or two and haven't replaced them. I have extras, I'm just lazy and performance hadn't been compromised in any way. Having said that... get extra High Temperature Orings.

- CCD Screens. These are tiny machined screens exclusive to the Vapcap. They come in a stainless steel and a titanium version. The Omni uses the titanium screens. They can get lost easily too, but having extra screens is always a good idea. If they get bent, just tap them flat again with a hammer. I like to use two in every tip to make a degummed hemp fiber filter sandwich. I seat one screen in the bottom groove of the chamber, place a filter on top and seat a second screen over it in the middle groove. Do this and you will experience the smoothest, cleanest vapor ever. No coughing ever. No tiny particulates in the airpath or your lungs ever. Plus you get the bonus of a very clean condenser. Get extra CCD screens.

- Degummed Hemp Fiber. Dynavap sells an enormous wad of it for $5 that will last a very very long time. Use it as a bed for hash or other concentrates or make a filter for a screen sandwich. Here is a post describing my filter making technique.

- Clicking Cap. I like the idea of having an extra cap around. If you somehow lost it or dropped it and accidentally hit it with a hammer, you're done; the Vap won't work.

Other than getting a lighter and a can of butane, these bits should stock a pretty good Vapcap first aid kit.

Hey all, been a looong time since I've been here and have recently ordered a couple of vapes but haven't heard anything beyond the initial "thanks for your order" email... Does it usually take a few days for these to ship out? I see (from a reddit thread) that other people who ordered late last week have also not had items shipped yet.

I guess I'm curious because I do see them posting up today on social media, but haven't heard word if the items are not shipping because there's no stock etc...?

For the world is hollow and I have touched the sky
@The_Algebraist, in my experience it can take anywhere from a couple days to around a week, just depends on how busy they are and whether or not you added to your order or made any special requests in the order notes. I wouldn't sweat it, it'll likely ship soon. And if for some reason you do have any problems, their customer service is second to none.

In other news, I heat anodized the gen 4 Ti tip on my NonaVonG. Turned out much better than the first one I did since I had a better idea of what I was doing (the trick is to go slow!). It looks awesome, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a simple way to customize their VapCap!

There will be pictures soon... :brow:

Sweet little single torch for cheap at the local shop.
After using strait heads exclusively thus far, the little angle of this torch is quite comfy. Makes lighting in the car or sitting down, alot easier to look casual whilst doing it. Not that I do it in the car or advocate that or anything like that. But yea, tis easier.
Matches my Omni nicely too.

I got on the second round for the portside. I can't wait. My desk is littered with about 5-6 lighters.

@CharmCityVapeGuy ... any pics/vape porn?

Dude, that looks awesome!
Bringing me back to my combusting days. Had pipes almost identical to that and most of my travelers were glass that shape. Didn't care for the up turned bowls and the big, bulbous, phallic shaped glass pipes that were popular for some reason. :\
When can we buy your goods?
How's about all these you've done? Those have got to be getting in your way and shit. :brow:
Have a bench clearing sale. We'll help. I will, anyhow.

Thanks for your feed back, and thanks to @Winegums and @nickdanger

Hopefully soon @SloJimFizz and that's a good idea ... clearance sale or "seconds" with minor imperfections. I promise you all when I open up shop there will be that option.

@stardustsailor that is a really nice piece. Really like the grain.

Thanks again for the feedback. All accessory makers really appreciate it as it inspires creativity.
