Abv looking nice and brown like my other quality vapes. The high..... well brikedout .... to say the name Jr. Is an understatement!

Also a broken Mighty poker is working wonders as a quick Jr. mixer and tapper

I have to say I recently got @Ratchett 's scoop-n-stir tool and it is really well suited for this vape. It was a little pricey so I avoided buying it before but it fits my routine perfectly. The scoop and stir ends both fit perfectly in the bowl. I tend to take chunks and throw them in so I use the scoop end to stir usually and the stir end to break up some of the bigger chunks. When I do use ground up stuff (from free pre-rolls) the scoop is a good size for the bowl (decent dose size for me too) and the stir end is great. I love my little earwax cleaner tool still and will still use it, but this was designed specifically for this stuff and it shows.

I was going to post this in the other thread too, hopefully it's not spammy.

1week from us to eu, wonderful!!!

Only few things I can say after only two session: I like it a lot and:
- combusting is quite difficult
- transforming it into a hydro w/14mm fbomb is really easy

Also,
As some very important brick lover group said more than once:

O.K.
Just a little jr-brick.
There'll be no more aaaaaaaaah!
But you may feel a little sick.
Can you stand up?
I do believe it's working, good.
That'll keep you going through the show
Come on it's time to go.
:rockon::rockon::rockon:

Surprised to be the first one to make a PF reference in a Brick thread :)

How is the taste of the vapor with the sbj? Say compared to the lotus? Vapman has a bit of a wood taste as expected, but still pretty decent, not as pure as my solo...oh and also how much material will fit? I'm not very familiar with the chamber, thank you kindly!

I get some wood flavor but it is most apparent at the end of the bowl. The first few hits taste pretty pure with just a tiny undertone of something, not necessarily wood. In other words, it changes flavor slightly without tasting woody if that makes sense. As the herb's flavor fades the wood taste becomes more prominent.

I think it covers up and I prefer it to the burnt popcorn taste of high temp extractions in most vapes.

As for bowl size, I've never measured but if I had to guess I would say that I could maybe stuff .2 grams in there with my usual medium grind, and more with a fine grind. It works great with small amounts or big bowls, it just requires a change in technique and/or torch size.

BOOM!

Ron knows how to use his knuckles for sure. Hit me hard - he's never been a sparring, he definitely can call his arms "the guns".
Am I high? Yeah.
Do I love the Brick Jr.? Hell, yeah!

That's all I loaded - and half of it is the remainder of yesterday.. All in all around 0.04-0.05 max.

Am I the only one who enjoys thoroughly the dance between the flame and the intake?

Knowing that with slight variances, different levels of vapor can be attained...

It's like you bring the accused herb to town on charges of witch craft, throw it into the pit and slow roast it until it looses it's powers...

Your quality of life will improve if you remove the metal tubing in the MP section (at least mine did!). Then you can twist on and twist off a la lily, yank it out with some channel locks!

Believe that part was done away with on the production models. Nice picture, it that a kinked intake I spy on your HB??

No kinked intake...

I did take the additional metal tubing out...
@StickyBricks told me about it a while ago, but I didn't deem it essential.

I used some locking pliers and they came right out.

I love this vape! It is the gift that keeps on giving.

Vapes R Great
going through this thread and noticed that is MY spalted Jr.!
Mine arrived earlier today. After a few hours of testing
So far it's easier to use for me than bigger brother. Loving the bent intake.
I can kill a bowl quicker than Brick, seems better for micro dosing.
Can be a little hot and taste a bit woody but overall it's very nice vapor. Very impressed.
Production spalted maple Junior.

Oiled mine with some olive oil, it becomes even smoother and wood reveal itself even more, I recommend to add the SB official beeswax/oil with your SB as wood get better after treatment

Did some dry sessions and find vapor tasty as expected and not too hot for a convective vape but particules arrive straight in your mouth this way (especially after stirring), switched MP with a 14mm stem, cutted down to fit and fbomb on top, I prefer it this way (I am a home mainly vaper)

Should try hemp fiber as a particules filter to keep it portable but I use almost any vape through water anyway

Will try to post a picture of my minihydro later

I'd be wary of using vegetable oils as a wood conditioner, they are prone to rancidification and could adversely affect smell, if not taste.

The finish is outstanding, even more so with a little conditioning. I use a mix of food safe mineral oil, beeswax, and mct oil. It's fun to make, you can add a drop or two of essential oil or lemon juice and is very cost effective.

I'd like to see your setup, I used mine inverted tonight for the first time and I'm in love. It took an extra screen and extra shaking but worked out really well, almost too well, I was struggling to stay awake- this lone, little Brick brought me down like a pile of 'em!

@kimura, my Sr has an ever so slightly larger diameter bowl. When I use the S&B capsules for concentrates they have a tiny bit of wiggle room in Sr where with Jr there is none. It's a very small amount

Shit. This just might be my next must buy vape. It is just too cool to see a truly portable sticky and the overall package just looks great. Love how it closes all up for pocket travel or just to keep dust out of the bowl and tubes.

Could be a good garage vape for me too. It could remain closed when the dust is in the air and blend in really well. On demand convection is awesome in the garage.

That's a very good looking setup!:)

Where did you place the extra screen? Above the herb chamber in the metal tube, I'd guess?

@Andreaerdna I too would not recommend using olive oil for the finishing. Can get rancid and nasty.

About the hemp fibre that's a nice idea - even if I like the Scooby snacks from time to time :D
Let us know, if you succeed and share a pic, if you don't mind!:)
Think it has to be a very thin layer to not ruin the airflow?

Have a great weekend, my brickheads!
