If there's no hope of returning, I guess I'll feel free to open it up. Has anyone actually fixed one of these on your own? My problem: it didn't turn on a couple times, then would start up when I moved it. Now it won't turn on at all. I'm thinking some sort of loose connection. Maybe? Any advice, at all?
Urgh. Thanks for any help, I really do appreciate and need it!
I had the same problem with my Zephyr (it would only turn on/off sometimes) after only 2 months of use. I had to resort to unplugging the unit to stop the air flow but eventually it seemed to rectify itself. It then worked fine for another couple months but now it has stopped blowing air completely. None of the contacts I have found from various websites, including this one, will even return my messages regarding this matter. At this point I would strongly recommend avoiding the Zephyr Ion. It is a great vape when it works, but it seems to constantly break down and the customer service is non-existant. If anyone has any repair tips please post. In the meantime I am patiently awaiting the delivery of my Extreme Q.
