I can only write from my own experiences with this IH.I don't understand how this induction heater is not more popular.
It's the size of an Orion, twice the battery, and you can control watts and temperature.
It's like Sense's little brother
@b0 totally agree
i have been really looking forward to a review of this unit - very sorry to hear it disappoints. the relative pricing had made me a bit grumpy beforehand, but IH options in the EU are still somewhat sparse so =I can only talk from my own experiences with this IH.
I own one and I've literally had it for 24 hrs and it doesn't charge to 100% (even though it says so on the display while it's charging, when you turn it on it only has 80%..); And the power-indicator jumps up and down after a single cycle, after one darn click (it goes back and forth back and forth between 80% and 60%), I own an Apollo 2 and it's way better, lasts longer at least. Plus the battery-indicator i.e those tiny lamps are WAY MORE accurate than the readings of that display. Jumps up an down constantly.
The temperature-control isn't perfect either, I've combusted several times which shouldn't be possible... And i never go past four seconds after reached temperature. It's still besides the point, i should be able to soak my cap if the temperature is correct, at least for a couple of seconds but I can't.
But hey, maybe I'm just experiencing a bad unit, what do I know. HUGE disappointment for me though, but I've contacted my retailer and hopefully they'll sort it out. Because if this is 'normal', then I want to return it. And if it's defect then I want a new unit.
Best regards!
I Hope It is just a defective unit and the shop replace itWell Guys, my retailer is "Vapeurshop.com", a french company. I guess we'll see how they react.. I'll keep everyone posted, if they do me right then they deserve to get mentioned, because not all companies play fair anymore.. And if they treat me like shit, well.. Then I believe it's the same, then I'll sing even higher and I might even start a thread or something warning people, might even write reviews of both the IH and my purchasing-experience , but I digress!
Take care y'all, Best regards!!
What's the code ? I dont see it shared in the thread.I Hope It is just a defective unit and the shop replace it
I can be wrong but i think Vapeurshop.com Is the only EU shop wich have the yllvape, i dont know why. Did you use the Code to buy It for 130 instead of 160?
It WAS (and i say "was" and no "is" because i Saw some time ago you can use it, the same web told you) IHCONTROLTEMP420What's the code ? I dont see it shared in the thread.
Yes, as a matter of fact I did, I think it was some Halloween-code actually, that I found online.. could've been the one you wrote tho', but I'm quite sure it was some Halloween-special-thingy..I Hope It is just a defective unit and the shop replace it

The Ranger is available at sourcevape now.Looks nice and similar to the SourceV Ranger in layout.
Sorry to hear man, hope it gets sorted for you. I never used that shop myself personally, keep us updated pleaseSo far I've only had bad experiences from both the unit as well as the retailer. My retailer stopped replying about three weeks back, when I returned my unit.(Vapeurshop.com)
So now I've payed 138 euros PLUS another 20 euros to return the damn thing, Mike the owner of 'Vapeurshop' promised that he was going to qoute "send a new unit back to you today".
I replied and asked for a tracking no. The same day, and he didn't answer. That was the 25th of November.
I've asked for both refund and a new unit, since I'm happy either way.
STILL NO REPLIES.
Not really sure what to say. I'm a student on a tight budget, I feel so scammed and I truly wish that this will sort itself but it sure doesn't look like it.... HUGE disappointment.
If he finally sends a unit back I'll let you know, but needless to say I have my doubts.
So in the end, I payed 150+ euros to own a machine for a little over two weeks that was practically useless.
Now I have neither money nor heater. And im being totally ghosted.
This could all be just a big misunderstanding, maybe he's gotten seriously ill or whatever I dunno', things can happen. But right now, from the perspective I see it; I've been fucking scammed. Pardon my French.
Thanks man!! As do I but I'm losing hope.. So far I've e-mailed Mike, the owner several times. Last time i did was Monday the 13th. Still no reply.. He just ghosts me.Sorry to hear man, hope it gets sorted for you. I never used that shop myself personally, keep us updated please
I was reading the topic cause I'm trying to support my little community around vaporisation !So I wrote to him today and told him that I was gonna write a customer review on Google and on FC, and guess what?! All of a sudden he replied within fifteen minutes!
he wrote that he has tried to email me, and he claims that I haven't responded to his emails even though I just got the message he sent... and I've checked my mail- there's nothing from Vapeurshop.
So I instantly sent him a reply and asked him to update me on what's going on, and guess what he just stopped replying again.
.. To be continued I guess x) peace!!
hello @EpsomSaltNo he hasn't helped me fix a god damn thing, at this point he's just spinning me in circles while post-poning the delivery of my product. He's actually post-pone the delivery of my shi**y induction heater for months.
And oh yeah, apparently according to him >40 clicks is "good enough" even though the IH is being marketed as far more powerful.
I've actually offered him to solve it with other products, like a new dynavap-stem or whatever. That way we would've saved money *and* time. But guess what? He's just ignoring everything I write. Sometimes he'll answer and tell me to calm down. But he never writes any exact dates or anything like that.
So yeah, wouldn't recommend him for anything in the world atm
Yes thank you, thats what I found out after writing the first post.here is the thread about .Induction Heater - Yllvape IH Power and temperature controlled induction for use with Dynavap
