Last i heard from him was on the 15th of march. I don't have made a payment to him yet, but we arranged a deal and agreed to finish it towards the end of april.

This is a bit of a worry. I sent him a message regarding a new wand at 08/02/2013
Which I got no reply to and I sent one last night that also got no reply but it is the weekend so meh thats expected. I came on here
to see if there were any updates and am a little worried to see that others have noticed an absence.
I really hope he is ok, just AWOL , and nothing is wrong..

I've got some news, and they are not good ones. I did some research on the web and this is what I understood basing on what I found : the company "Cloud connisseur ltd" (cookie's company) is dissolved. There was a voluntary striking off application dated back on the 15 jan 2013, which became an official dissolution on the 7 may 2013.

I have also sent him mails on all of his email address (I found 3) and no reply. I've started a paypal claim to have my money back and still nothing from him. I really don't know what to think...
He's always been so helpful and kind, I think that noone has ever had any issue with his services and that's why all of this seems so strange to me... Let's cross our fingers and wait for some official news.

That is very sad. He had a great company going and some great ideas. He also provided me with some of the best customer service I have ever received and really went out of his way to ensure I was happy with my Wychwood. Last I heard from him was also back in March when he said he was awaiting a glass delivery.
Hoping he's alright and that we'll hear back from him soon.

No Skypes for months.. and he has not answered messages sent on Skype.
Perhaps he is in a rural setting as he resettles, and is simply away from Internet service.
There are so many solid reasons that a man can be gone.

Oh man, now that sounds definitely worrying.
Agree with Vitolo, there ARE many solid reasons why a man can dissapear from the www for a while, but honestly I think a nice guy like our Cookie here would have found a way to inform us, especially when he has orders pending and stuff like that.
Anyway, lets all hope for the best, hope he's safe and sound and re-appears soon.

I think he should have inform us also about the striking off intention, but he didn't, and that was something going on since the 15 of january. I've been in contact with him from the beginning of march untill mid-april and not even a mention about the fact the the company was going to dissolve. What about all the warranties? Also vitolo sayed he didin't get back on skype for months...but i've heard from him less then 1 month ago...It just doesn't add up to me.I think all this striking off stuff might as well be some story that has no impact on anything, I don't worry about this too much, maybe he just wanted to avoid taxes or something like that, and continue making logs as a side business. Could be many reasons. I'm quite sure he wouldn't take on new orders when he was about to leave business. Or for that matter, that he would not leave business in such a way at all.
But I have to agree, it does not quite add up.

Well I totally agree with Vitolo and others, cause i got the same great service and answers from him! Also he was thinking about creating a WW 2.0.
And in the other way I understand Michele well...
Actually Cookie was really nice and i was going to send him back my WW (purchased in Feb) cause i've hurt it and i wanted a small reparation and checking of internals by him. I was lazy and busy so I couldn't send to him fast. Then i got no answers and after that I can see those news...

Well, I hope this is not the case, but lets also not forget that in his homeland the plants mostly used with his creations are illegal and if one has a lot of it, one can in a way 'disappear behind bars'...

Well, I am hoping the best as well after reading all the previous messages from other members.
Cookie was THE MAN when I first came here asked lots of things and he showed me lots of knowledge, alternatives to what I was looking for and was so kind and gentle either over Skype of private messages.... I can only keep praying he's well and this "mess" will be sorted out.

I am lowering my consumption recently and I have been doing tests with my vapes (Solo, wychwood, volcano and Buddha) and I have to agree with a video Vito did long time ago: This little brown thing my friends laugh at because it seems like a penis is the most effective vaporizer I have tried, and in taste it stands real close with the VHW. I am worried about Cookie too hope he can make more incredible Wychwoods.

My WW has made it to the top of my log rotation right now. I have been using it exclusively and it definitely puts out some serious heat. I love the unrestricted draw...the most free pulling of all of my logs. That combined with the high heat concentration coming from the very beefy steel heater port adds up to some lung busting bowl caching one hit blasts. My favorite combo is using one of Alan's glass roasting tubes with my WW. Perfect brown roast every time. I also hope Cookie is ok.. We need more WW's in the wild so we can have lots more happy smiling faces...

I'm not 100% sure (as I have no WW) but I think the glass adapter that Andy (Epicvape) sells for his ENano looks like it should work on the WW as well. You have the option of an all-glass one (with a nifty glass screen) or a regular one (with SS screen), both come in 14 or 18mm.
I think I heard the heat port of the WW has the same diameter as the Nano.

You could also look into some of Alan's tubes. His tubes fit all the standard log vapes and he has many varieties.

I haven't been around for a while but I guess I'm the first here that isn't too surprised about these somewhat recent developments. It's not much, but I felt I should at least share what I know with the community since Cookie either isn't able to or doesn't find it necessary/is too ashamed to do so himself.
One of the last times I spoke to Cookie was in October or November last year. Back then I already knew the Wychwood wasn't doing too well, and in one of those last convo's Cookie told me he was hoping to release his new core on December first and that he was really hoping that that would boost his sales or otherwise he would have to stop with the Wychwood altogether. He just wasn't selling enough of them to keep going in short.
The release of that core was postponed a few times after that I believe, and eventually never happened at all as far as my knowledge goes. The rest of it seems pretty clear to me.
I'm afraid it's safe to conclude that the Wychwood is gone guys, I think the info in the post Michelle made in on May 13 confirms that Cookie dissolved the company on January 15 already, & since he never announced it here I can only conclude he has no intentions to do so anymore. Although I'd love to be proved wrong on that one, Cookie.
I am pretty appalled to learn that money was accepted from people while no product was delivered though. I do hope Cookie has made this right by now, but either way please keep us posted on that.
