I want to post about the excellent customer service from PuffItUp. I placed my first order with the company during their 420 sale. The items arrived quickly, but there was a minor issue with the order. Nothing huge, and I contacted the company more to inform them of stock issues/quality control than to gripe or complain.

They responded quickly and the resolution of the issue was far beyond my expectations. It is safe to say that I will be ordering from PuffItUp again and that they have gained a repeat customer.

I ordered a few things not too long ago from piu and there was a slight mix up which led to me getting the wrong stem. I contacted Randy and as usual I got a super fast response and he got the right stem in the mail asap. I am always impressed by how great my experiences are with these guys even when there are complications. Seriously puffitup is the jam. Thank you guys :D

I had some questions about a couple different vapes earlier this week and had an e-mail exchange with Randy. Randy was prompt to answer, but moreover, his honest answers ended up being a vote against his own wallet because the vape he steered me towards cost less than the other one I was considering. This type of integrity is rare. On the the first page of the this thread, Puff it Up states that they are obsessive about customer service and will give honest answers; I can say in no uncertain terms that my experience backs up their claim. Thank you Randy and PIU for keep'n it real and do'n what you do!!!

To say what a pleasure it is dealing with @PuffItUp !!!
I've bought several vaporizer from them in the last few months and it's been easy sailing for each one. Randy is such a stand up guy. Had overnight for one of the vapes and it didn't come for two days.on the first day after he saw it wouldn't be delivered he immediately refunded the shipping back to me .i don't think I'll ever shop anywhere else it's just such a delight not having to check up on stuff. I hate not getting an answer back , or just being straight ignored for weeks !
I try to spread the news as much as I can, RANDY IS THE MAN

About a couple of weeks ago bought a flowermate and the water adapter. Already loving the vaporizer and @PuffItUp hooked it up. i paid for 2 day shipping and it came in. two days. plus instantly sent me a tracking number when ordered. love their site plus they provide the best prices. Cant wait to purchase more things from this site. Would advise trying to add the summit vaporizer and/or the pax to their inventory because i would much rather buy it at puffitup then some other store.

The Summit will be available in our store soon, we have been testing it out and it looks to be a great vape. :)
