Oh btw, dont be afraid of their chat service, it's topnotch, but sometimes it's hard to connect (I'm on a mobile) and sometimes they take a few minutes to respond. No biggie.

No doubt Vitolo. The more I use the Haze the more I like it. On top of that, Haze as a company is possibly one of the friendliest groups of people we have ever worked with. It is great seeing manufactures care about customer satisfaction above everything else.

Wow that is excellent service! I too have been more than thrilled with Andy over the years, always blows my mind but since I'm north of the border I tried using vaporizers.ca, and will ONLY be buying from Randy from here on out again. What a difference! A pleasure vs pulling teeth and smashing your head against the wall.
 
@PuffItUp Hello guys. I need your help as I have fallen through the cracks of your customer service. I am in HK and I want to order a Solo. I would like the Solo delivered to my nephew in Australia. I have just attempted to place the order and my credit card has been rejected as the addresses don't match. Why do you even give that option if it is going to prevent me from ordering? Anyway, I can not contact you as I am out of the USA. Could you please advise how I may proceed? There is definitely no problem on my end. Thank you.

Many thanks @Quetzalcoatl Actually I had to register my email in Outlook (for some reason something that I have never done) and I have sent off an email. There is no real hurry with this order luckily :)

Shoutout to @PuffItUp for another great and easy transaction. I was looking into vapmans, and was near the fence on getting one (not on yet), but Randy made me an offer I couldn't refuse. I pulled the trigger immediately. This makes my 3rd time purchasing from PIU in 3 months haha.

Unfortunately I have also been having the problem where it says my label is printed but then Have no other updates. It said it was coming 2 day priority mail but it appears it hasn't left nevada in 3 days since the label has been printed? Is it normal for it to sit for a few days at "shipping label was printed?"

Email me your info, we are fully stocked on the solos so there is no reason for any delay

Not likely to be PIU's fault. USPS is notorious for its screwed tracking. I tracked a package all over the country (NYC-SFBay-Salt Lake City-Cincinatti) where it was finally delivered. I live in the SFBay area in California. They got close, but wound up giving my item to some lucky person in Cincinnati. All of this happened over the period of a week (2 Day Delivery) before the first tracking notice was put up. If there is a way to screw it up count on USPS.

I think ALL of the delivery companies have their screw ups...slow delivery, wrong delivery, breakage...they're all guilty at one time or another. Just depends on how "lucky" your roll of the dice is...

We all praise or eviscerate them depending on how they have "treated" our own packages...:nod:
