@Melting Pot sounds like a wonderful selection you've got. I'm also enjoying a variety of strains and concentrates as I try each one in my new Alien Ray Gun waterpipe. I'm completely shocked that this piece I bought as a complete novelty because I like robots and aliens is actually one hell of a high performace water tool with an appropriate custom GonG.
So the last few days have been really good for me. Still typical pain, but I'm having more good hours in the day, im taking fewer narcotic pills, and I am sleeping for more hours at night. I had my appointment with my naturopathic doctor to renew my medical authorization, but she spent most of the time working with me to develop a plan to replace some of the narcotics with higher quality CBD MMJ and a few other supplements, particularly a turmeric supplement as an anti-inflammatory drug that does not inhibit the bone growth I'm still working on in my spine. Also, I've begun using
@Enchantre 's special recipe topical oil, and I'm positive that it is giving me some sort of baseline low level pain relief that is helping to keep me asleep and relaxed.
But whatever it is, the fact that I'm taking one poison pill instead of four per day is what is really making me happy. It kills me that my doctor prescribes my medication laced with acetaminophen poison that I don't want or need. So screw that. I'm upping my MMJ, using more varied methods of ingestion, and trying alternative herbs.
Lastly, I assembled my new Kenya top bar hive, which is going to allow me to get back into beekeeping again. This style of hive is a much more natural living space for the bees and they build completely naturally drawn comb inside. The most important thing about switching to this alternative hive design is that it will never require any heavy lifting or mechanical extraction devices. The bees will make honey and package it inside the comb. At the end of the season, I'll collect some of the excess. I expect to produce a lot less honey this way, but it will be more natural, easier, and most importainly,
accessible!
This one has an observation window which is going be really awesome, as I've always wanted to do a hive that people could see inside of.
