@CastIronHits and @Poostuff - have you guys removed the metal ring often? I'm surprised that it's loose if you have only removed it for cleaning a few times. I'm stoked they got rid of the metal clips, but not if the replacement doesn't stand up to some use.

@stickstones I learnt early that it’s safer for me to always leave it in place to avoid burnt fingers, but I did remove it regularly during the first couple of weeks to test the reducer & loading styles.
Both inserts will fall out when I gently tap it to clear the chamber. I’m careful now to brush it out over the AVB bowl, if it falls out I just leave it there until it cools.
I enjoy using the whip & the discretion it gives but I agree the session can feel a little rushed & there’s no walking away once you’ve started.

Mine came with the bag adapter for the easy valve so I’m looking forward to making some different bag sizes when I get time, that’s something I never got to do with the Classic.

There is conduction happening here so at the temperature I use, even if I remove the bowl the load will keep cooking. This is why I said you can’t just take one hit & walk away.
It’s a great vape & there are lots of different ways to enjoy it. I like my way but it’s okay if that’s different from your way.

I think I would only use the bags not so interessted in the whip...
Also do not need touch screen and bluetooth... maybe the app is not bad if you want to programm your volcano (superbag and so on...)

the volcano classic was the vape which converted me from combustion... and I started this year again to combust (STUPID)... but last time I bought a classic half year ago I was not so happy with vapor density.. and when you did crunk up the heat the vapor did became harsh.. at the end I gave it back...

So is the vapor really that much better than from classic (denser, tastier...) and is it really worth to pay the high price of hybrid or is the vapor quality the same... I have heared now different things 420vapezone finds the vapor better then from the classic and vape critic says it is not worth the money there is no difference between vapor only difference is faster heat up, touch screen, bluetooth, app...

I have seen it... but was not sure because vapecritic said there is no real difference in vapor quality... also he mentioned that he thinks if you turn the temp of classic little bit higher there would not be a difference... also I think it is hard to compare the classic vapor density with hybrid as far as the temp on classic is more a guess I think then the real temp. (who knows if 420 f on hybrid is also really 420 F on classic) ... maybe if you want to test the real difference you would have to make sure the temps of classic and hybrid are really the same... Yes of course I can imagine the conduction will help to deliver denser vapor... Also as far as I read/saw infos about the new hybrid some said vapor is same some said no it is better... So I thought will ask the community and their experience... especially after I got different assumptions about the new hybrid from vape critic and 420Vapezone... and the price tag on hybrid is hefty....

I really do not know but as said vapor density is for me important... I want to quit combustion again and need something which makes dense vapor and acts like a joint... I hate it to take 10 second draws to get a bit vapor... and as mentioned before the classic was what let me stop combustion... but last time I bought one I was not so much impressed with vapor density using a flowerpot in the past... and gave it back... so I do not want to buy a hybrid if the vapor is not significantly better (denser, tastier, not harsh) and so on...

would be nice if some members with classic and hybrid can tell me if there is really a difference in vapor quality... I need some more opinions...

it is one of the best vaporizers on the market with very strong vapor. the Plenty could also be an option for you, it also has near combustion like clouds when filled properly.

i like the Hybrid more though, for me it hits even stronger than the Plenty.

The Flowerpot can vape a whole bowl in like 5 seconds so IDK if the Volcano can compete with that as far as vapor density. The bowl is a lot bigger in the Volcano than the FP though.

I do believe in the Hybrid heating from the Mighty, I think if it wasn't electronically governed in temperature it might hit a little harder.

I've owned/used the Classic/Digit extensively so I would only want to try the Hybrid at this point.

I prefer the effects of hybrid heating too. It delivers what I need. I bet I would love the Volcano Hybrid.
But then, I can get a rosin press and an enail for the same price.

I actually had a digit and a Classic and tried so hard to like them, but kept selling it since the bag system was a bit annoying and the ABV was very light green, unlike anything I’ve ever seen before. When the hybrid came out, i immediately bought it hoping it would cook my herb a little darker. When I received it, I sold my classic ASAP. The hybrid is spectacular, a whole different league to be honest. My abv is dark brown like my MIGHTY, absolutely amazing! I like to do 3 bags with one chamber pack. First balloon at 390, nice and medium thickness vapor, very good tasting, then another one at 420, which is very thick, white vapor, you can’t even see thru the bag. Then I do one or 2 more balloons at max temp (446F), which are nice and white vapor, very thick. Same can be said with the whip, it’s very fun to use and it extracts just the same as the ballon, except I get a few more hits with the whip, compared to the bag (same level of extraction). Heat up speed is insanely fast, if you want to wait 5-7 minutes for a true heat soaked classic, go ahead! I’m ready in 50 seconds with my hybrid, as soon as I finish packing the chamber it’s ready to go. Bluetooth integration is fantastic, there are a few neat features, even though I do not use the app, not needed. So basically it’s years ahead, technology wise, compared to the classic/digit. Vapor is waaaaayyy tastier and much thicker. Heat up times are much faster, the added conduction saved the volcano legacy! And you must remember, you don’t have multiple parts to fuck around with, like the FP or EVO, it’s very simple to use and operate and yields magnificent results. I AM COMPLETELY IN LOVE WITH MY HYBRID.

edit: forgot to mention how fast I can get medicated, like 2 hits in and I already feel the THC interacting with my Cannabinoid system LOL
