Very best 510 battery?

Ramahs

Fucking Combustion (mostly) Since February 2017
I have a Yocan UNI Pro and Kodo Pro and would recommend the latter for $15.

^ I've been pretty satisfied with these two for the last couple of years.
And I don't want anything that's auto-draw! I don't like them at all :puke:

OP - any update on what you purchased and how it is/they are working?

Thanks for this thread. I am also looking at additional 510 batteries and share some of the same goals and reservations. I am loving the Kodo Pro, and as time passes (and is wasted comparing other options), I keep asking myself, "why are you trying to change something that works pretty well?"

In my mind, it would be nice to have other options. I've looked at some of the ones above, but I'm hoping for good VV (especially for rosin), no or minimal clogging (I've had zero problems with the Kodo Pro), and ideally - one that totally hides the cart (for stealth). However, I'm also a fan of things that are well made, so the Vessel offerings are really intriguing to me (for home use), but I'm on the fence about any that appear to *require* a proprietary charging base - and the description that they "fit most" 510 carts.

Off to do more research.

I can help you out as I have the Kodo Pro and Vessel Compass Rise!

The Compass Rise definitely has premium feel and heft to it being that it is made of mainly metal.

Pros: Stealth and build construction / Cons: cannot turn off preheat feature unless you one touch it off during the process

Kodo Pro

Pros: Variable voltage down to 1.8V / Cons: exposed cartridge and very light plastic construction

I love my Kodo Pro and it is significantly cheaper. Probably would recommend going that route unless stealth is more important.

I use a Yocan Zika Pro, particularly out and about. Very stealth. not the biggest fan of auto draw but never had an issue yet. Nice little screen. I use a Yocan Koda Plus sometimes but wish it went lower than 2.4. I just take a shorter hit.
