The Venty doesn't have TGA approval so it's not allowed to be sold in Australia anymore. The same thing happened to lots of vapes.

Dutch ( extreme rightwing ) government banned anything vape related, eu wide.
I ordered some things from S&B, at the shopping cart i got something like "due to eu regulation we are not allowed to sell you things, only medical grade"
So i send a mail to support : " i recently bought a Venty, i wanted to order spares but it seems due to dutch regulation i can't order from S&B.
What happens if i need a rma? E04 for instance. how will you honor the warranty?"
I got a AI reply with the steps to rma.
So obviously the mails are handled by AI.
I guess i can forget about them honoring their warranty.

The Venty isn't registered as a medical device in Australia, which they took as an opportunity to shirk warranties around the E04 issue.
After sending months coming up with a solution, S&Bs ultimate "solution" for broken Ventys was to replace them with a Mighty Medic... they weren't even offering to refund the difference unless you specifically asked for it.

Now it all made sence when I used my venty at 176° then bost to 190 and finalise at 205 got me sooo fuckying lazy for work as a formworker even the tool belt feels heavy .hahahah

These vape ban are such a pain I got a venty right before the ban it rocks around 67hours use..I love it with the dosing caps.Now im thinking about pull the trigger on the titaniun dosing caps from vegoodiez as I got the ss from the chemist in aus and they are too bulky with result on less vapour and flavour.
Now the limelighter just droped a new vape that seems a face to face opponents for the venty the Frolic.I will give it a go.wish me luck cause Im in nsw

I ended up taking some t breaks (short) and been using lower temps again like 363f (184c). so far pushing close to 28 hours operation time.
update:
I also cleaned the CU early for pure taste, however noticed with the tighter (finer) screen on bottom of cu chamber, that prevents scoobie snacks in the innards of the CU deep cleaning was done ages ago, now that I learned using the finer screen prevents scooby snack build up, only gunk build up is pure honey sap oil. did a quick wiping with alcohol wipes and of course ran under warm / hot water, wiped and air dried.
noticed another user suggested a lower temp, will experiment next time!

Well well few weeks ago I was here saying that my Venty was going strong etc ....well E04 came my way today.We think that we are exceptional and that it won't happen to us until it happens.shit happens.Be ready
Since TGA new restrictions were imposed seems like the site was updated and I couldn't not find my devices as registered that they give you a short gap of time to register and warrant another year of warranty and the proper warranty they denied me the 3 years without a proper explanation and I took a print from the page showing that I did register it.So dodgy.Im done with s&b
Im in Australia The venty isn't TGA Bs approved I don't want a fucking might medic downgrade I will claim my money back and Vapormed can stick their short last vape up their arse they were charging 750aud for this thing got it july 2024
Honestly now days even what is premium has low quality so frustrating.Ive never dropped this piece of plastic not even once always kept it safer than my son...

- 1. Press & hold the power button for 10 seconds while it's on.
To Avoid Future E04 Errors:
1. Charge before it's too low.
2. Use slow charging now and then.
Avoid using while charging.3. Experiment with different cables or charging methods.
4. Don't overcharge your Venty.

I'm back to tell you guys my experience with the RMA S&B, Once I started the process of warranty they first offered me a medic mighty+ with I denied and ask for a refund.
Ive made a video showing that I wasn't even turning on and after a while I managed to turn on and show the error and serial number at same video.
Few emails back and forward they agree on refund me as the Australian legislation wouldn't allow them to send it back to me.FIne Im happy with that but without a vape.So I searched on YouTube few tear downs and this guy who specific fix the E04 by reconnecting the oven to the body.
I needed to open it fiddling for couple hours and solved putting 2 layers of double 3m tape between the oven connector and the tight screw piece on the body and It fucking worked!!
You with E04 Venty I recommend you to go on youtube and watch this video from "PanJan"
Venty gentle tear down, E04,Reproduction and fix, stability test.

1-3.Generic advice good for any battery. Fair, but as far as we know it’s not battery related.
4. Isn’t it impossible to do? It shuts off the display when it’s done charging it doesn’t look like charging when full. And again, E04 does not seem battery related. At least, not in the way you have to babysit its battery to avoid it, imho.
