Thats great news, are you US or EU?

For those of us in EU, we'll probably get them about 2 weeks after they're shipped because S&B use UPS in Europe and they are absolutely the worst courier 😂
I am in the southern part of the USA. S&B uses DHL for my delivery here. I received a really nice letter from S&B letting me know that I will receive it on a particular date. So far, it has been smooth. The only down side is not having it. I am a big fan of S&B...started with the Volcano long ago. Anyway, I hope you enjoy yours...looks like you will get it soon enough. Enjoy.

We will see if they give EU people a definitive date but I doubt it with UPS unless S&B pay for express shipping for everyone. Do you know if yours was shipped with express shipping?

Hopefully I am wrong but any experience I've ever had with UPS in Europe has been horrific. If a company automatically uses standard shipping, and if there's space needed for an express shipping, your package will just be taken off the truck continuously until there is space and then they will lie about the delays.

Tracking will say something like delayed due to extreme weather and the weather would have been fine for weeks LOL. Customer Service will keep saying tomorrow, tomorrow but it never comes and you're left praying for a space to open up on a truck in some other country.

I checked my email and it does say express delivery. UPS here where I am is good and they do give definitive dates when you start tracking. Good luck with everything...just think soon. Soon. Venty in hand. Good luck and Cheers.

Is there any info when the Venty will be available in the USA (in California)?

The "out of stock" and "launch" or "relaunch" are mixed messages. That’s a huge let-down.

Is there any clarity? I just checked S&B site. It still looks out of stock. No notice, no nothing.

I would have thought there would be a super clear message from S&B, particularly by now. After all, the BIG holiday (i.e. crazy) sale of the year, at least in the USA, is this week.

Anyway, I am crossing my fingers that if/when S&B gets its message straight, it will consider veteran customers and its overall image. I specifically mean OPTICS. I have owned many S&B products, and I have never doubted the integrity of the company until now--seeing the hype, the bricking, and the frayed nerves of so many of you. What a high price, too. Some of you seem to have complained that you paid to be BETA testers. I totally understand that frustration.

I will be honest: I was on the fence about what to buy this season: the Venty or the (upcoming) Tempest to be dropped by Mad Heaters. In the end, the choice was clear; there was no choice. It makes me sad to have to write that about S&B. I had a lot of respect for S&B, and I used to even work around that area in Germany. Every time I would be lucky enough to pass their HQ in Tutlingen in a car rental, I would smile just knowing what they were producing inside.

After seeing what happened to the Venty over the past weeks, and especially because of (what appears to be) a lack of transparency on the part of S&B, and because no Ventys were to be had, yeah, I made up my mind: I'd be one of the first to get a newly dropped Tempest. And I did, luckily enough! (During the holidays, I will find solace for my S&B Blues. I will happily be tinkering with the numerous Mad Tempest variations, imo cutting edge vape technology.)

Did S&B give a clear message as to why the errors occurred in so many units? Some of you had legitimate questions (i..e. health).

So Dear S&B, if you read this, please know there are a lot of customers who have been huge fans of yours for over a decade or more. Please also know that I, and probably many others like me, would have readily thrown our money at you for a Venty. I was going to do it for sure, simply based your reputation and my experiences with your products. That wasn't to be, though. I am sad to say that the next time S&B drops the Venty and/or any other future cool product, I will have to hesitate. Believe me, this is not easy to write. I still have a great relationship with my Mighty and Mighty+. I do wish the Venty success, but I will wait and watch to see what happens next. Previous to now, I've never had to think such a thing. Clear communication from S&B, I imagine, would have greatly helped alleviate concerns so many people have had.

Thanks for reading and considering this.

I get medicated, just feel like a session does it better than running beast mode through a water pipe.
I purchased the Venty the day it released, and I deactivated my Venty within 20 minutes of getting the deactivation email last Friday, which has now been a full week. And I gotta say, call it being selfish, but it really irritates me that some people, who I KNOW deactivated a day or two after I did, have already RECEIVED their Venty replacement and the only thing I've been told since deactivating has been "You did everything right!". I'm gonna be waiting over a week for a TRACKING NUMBER
It's not just you, @canna help , I did (am doing) the same thing, using my Roffu through a bubbler, and what I used to call getting medicated I now call getting stoned, because using Venty even for that short time that I had it before bricking is for some reason so much better for being medicated and leveled off nicely for a longer period of time.

@Corvoed I did exactly the same, I didn't even use it before I deactivated it within a half hour of the email.
I was feeling the same way, so what I did was email them asking "Hey did I do everything right?"... I can't say it was effective, but the next morning I got the shipping email. Could have been coincidental, but... turning the squeaky wheel a little might get you noticed...

My two cents...the Venty is perhaps one of the best vapes I have ever used. The airflow is the best on the market. It is sad that customers are not getting one because of what has happened. I hope one day you will stumble across a Venty and try it. I am a patient and I have EVERY VAPE that is for a patient...name it. Minivap, Vapman, ALPRO...the list is mind blowing...at the end of the day the Venty which is for me a 'pocket Volcano' is what I use and every vapist should have one...it is truly a remarkable vape. I have NEVER felt MORE medicated or stoned since using the Venty...I do not know how or why that is...I am not a scientist. But, what I do know is how I feel after I use it. I totally get and understand why some people are just over it. But, it is so sad that you have not tried it yet or have tried it and have doubts. I guess that is how it is. Anyway, hope this nightmare is over soon. I pray everyone gets everything clarified. Have a great peaceful Sunday everyone.

I'm surprised by all the comments where people think S&B "doesn't care" about how they've affected customers.

Oh, they care all right. Imagine it from their point of view. They've likely had this in the works for a year or more. Production was all lined up and the first units were delivered at the perfect time in late September to early October. Then they hype the product for a few weeks and get the retail pipeline filled for Black Friday and going into Christmas. It's retailer nirvana with a booming end of year. Except it's not.

Now they whole thing is fucked up. Customers are pissed and the product and company looks bad. They likely won't recover before the holiday shopping period is over so they've missed out on a huge number of sales. The product will instead go out during the deadest part of the sales year with lousy social media and slow adoption. There will be no viral affect and no massive surge of orders (not like they were hoping for). It will likely take a couple of years for their sales growth curve to catch up to what they forecasted.

They care and I bet there was some righteous German fury unleashed on somebody, on the walls and furniture if nothing else. These guys are very experienced and capable manufacturers, but shit just happens sometimes.

True. I agree, badbee, but they could have been transparent from the get-go.

When one of my kids tells me the truth straight up without fibbing or stalling, I take that into stock when I think about what consequence, if any, that child deserves. Honesty goes a long way in my book. With the all experience S&B has, they might have guessed that clear communication could have helped mitigate a bad situation like this. Instead, it seems like we got crickets.

this could be disastrous for a company, even s&b, canopy growth isn't making money, the cannabis business is at a crossroads and needs a federal law in place, soon

According to a report by Arcview Market Research, Storz & Bickel’s market share has declined from 30% in 2018 to 18% in 2023, almost half of their market share since Canopy paid 145M in CASH

Overall, Canopy Growth's financial results for Q2 FY2024 were mixed. The company's revenue declined from Q2 FY2023, but its gross margin improved significantly. The company also reported an adjusted EBITDA loss that was narrower than in Q2 FY2023.

Canopy Growth is facing a number of challenges, including the declining Canadian medical cannabis market and the intense competition in the U.S. THC market. However, the company is also making progress in a number of areas, such as improving the quality of its cannabis flower and expanding its international medical cannabis business.

It remains to be seen whether Canopy Growth will be able to achieve its profitability goals. However, the company's recent financial results suggest that it is moving in the right direction.

In general what always worries me in these situations is the company that was sold or taken over has lost management control? Could easily be at play right now?

As soon as these issues are fixed and the VENTY is back in stock I will deffo be getting one. I was gonna get one right away but know that there are issues with new things just out so waited a few days before giving in and trying to order one but then found out they are all sold out. This was before people started reporting issues with their devices.

It is what it is and I do wish all the best to anyone with hurt feelings and hope that they feel better about this matter soon.

Trust me, I've tried, multiple times. All I got was 3 canned copy & paste emails saying that I did everything right and that they are "working tirelessly". A customer can only do so much before feeling this dejected.

Really is a bummer that it's just a luck of the draw and I'm getting bent over on it, but it's the way it is I guess.

As someone who worked 40 years in the corporate world, what I see is simple..... They care about their reputation primarily. "The Brand" ... and rightfully so. No Medium to Large Business can do otherwise and survive.
Care about me? NO.... Neil Peart said it best.... Big Money Has No Soul !

Glad I waited, should be a better product and maybe at a reduced price .... next year. /cheers

Couldn't have said it better myself! I wrote a somewhat nasty email (somewhat regrettably, somewhat not) when I woke up this morning and saw that I still have not received ANY reply of any sort that I am even in the queue to get mine. I'm ready for a refund or chargeback by Wednesday so I can go on a shopping spree over at Cannabis Hardware. :|

Been praising S&B and even wrote all over the place that everyone should get a Venty because it was the best thing since sliced bread. Now S&B has not only made themselves look stupid, but me too. So yeah. If I get my Venty by next weekend, I'll be happy. If I don't, I'll be happy. I'll just take my money elsewhere and have a product that doesn't break and I'll have to deal with "only" having my Mighty, Crafty+, and TM2 as portables.
