My experience with vapor nation I placed my order 4:24 AM PST 12/12/2014 I ordered the following:
*Note I paid for the rush processing as some have noted they can take a few days to ship they are located pretty close to me and I wanted my LSV ASAP

14mm shorty WPA
19mm shorty WPA
LSV shorty transfer wand
MISSING FROM PACKAGE
Arizer EQ screen pack x2 for transfer wands
I received the following free gifts with my order:
Metal grinder 2 piece (I think it was listed as 4 but wtf ever it was free it goes in the bag for emergencys)
Digital scale .1 accuracy not amazing but again it was free and it will work to make sure you don't get ripped off ect.

MISSING from my package (again this is a .99 or 1.99 item not a huge deal just want to keep an accurate account of my purchase from vapor nation)
11:11 AM PST I get an email from "D" letting me know that the 19mm shorty WPA is actually out of stock they have contacted the vendor are expecting more stock in 10-14 days and 'On behalf of VaporNation, I would like to personally apologize for any inconvenience caused to you. If you prefer to wait, we will make sure to get your order out to you immediately upon restock. We have split the order to avoid any further delay as well.' Again no big deal I'm still getting the 14mm and an adapter is a 5 min drive to my LHS away if I don't still have one, so not worried about waiting a few extra days weeks for the 19mm.
I emailed back to confirm the rest of the order would be shipped out and the 19mm WPA would be sent out when there stock was replenished. "D" confirmed this would be the case and that I should have my tracking number by the end of the day.
I got the tracking number and the package showed up yesterday Monday 12/15/2014. The package was also
missing the shorty transfer wand I searched through the box 3 times nothing and low and behold on one of the invoices it shows the shorty transfer wand back-ordered with the WPA...
never in my conversation with "D" was a wand mentioned only the WPA. On top of all of this take at the condition my heater screen showed up in
I couldn't bend it back into shape so I had to replace it right off the bat. So needless to say at this point I am a bit frustrated, I did get a working LSV for a very good price but the over all experience and customer service C- as "D" was very quick to respond during our initial exchange but its been over 24 hours since I sen't a message asking what was going on since I was missing the shorty transfer wand also (I had not figured out the invoice yet).
So there you have it that's my experience with Vapor Nation, it was fairly poor as I do a ton of eCommerce shopping and rarely have an experience like this. I might be willing to give them a second try if they were much cheaper than anywhere else.
