VaporNation has been my go to place. Not only do they have the best selections, but their customer service is excellent.
About 2 weeks ago, I purchased a 2013 Arizer Solo from VaporNation using their "Submit an Offer" form.
I had experience in using a friends Solo a few years ago and finally decided to purchase one for myself after having EXCELLENT experience with the older model.
Bobby was my first contact who authorize the amount that I had submitted. I didn't have to wait long for a reply, I woke up the next morning to find a email from him saying that he'd be happy to let me purchase it at the price that I wanted. I've been waiting 2 years to purchase this Solo, had I known that I can submit an offer...I would've done it 2 years ago! Better late than never.
My next contact would be Kyle, he has been the person who I had submitted my credit card information to, and he's also the person that I've been bombarding with emails regarding my Solo. I did make sure that I had searched the internet before I contacted him, but he's been so kind and helpful. Poor guy probably received a email a week from me, I am very grateful for his services. He's def a good addition to the team.
At first I was nervous because sometimes a newer model doesn't necessarily mean it's better. But sure enough, it worked just as well...I hope it continues to be that way because it's been one of the best investment I've made so far.
No longer will I be taking rips from the glass B or rolling Js which has taken a toll on my lungs.
No longer will massive amounts of smoke clouds float out of my window and into my neighbors domain.
I have officially fallen in love with VaporNation, and I hope they continue to provide the excellent service that reminded me of why I even contacted them in the first place.

amazing customer service, I placed an order for some easy load bowls and ssv picks yesterday. I got an email today saying they ran out of ssv picks but offered to split my order up and send the picks when they come in. most retailers would have just waited to save themselves the shipping, especially on such a small order

My experience hasn't been that good so far. Over a month ago I placed an order for an lsv wp adapter, and its description didn't have a way to specify whether long or short, just 14 or 19mm. So I ordered it and placed a message in the notes box that I wanted short. After that I placed a few ssv picks into my cart, and called them to ask about adding these to my order and check the short/long thing.
It took a few people to get to the right department, evidently when you call toll-free from certain states it takes you to the wholesale desk or something. Then the first guy that could help said that the short ones were in stock, and he put me on hold. Another guy that seemed more knowledgeable came on the line and said it was back-ordered and would be going out in a "week or two".
I've called since then, to get the orders consolidated but like I said, its been over a month now and I am wishing I had just gotten the damn thing off of ebay because my order still says "processing". They have not contacted me once without my bugging them first, and it looks like I will have to again.
Edit: I heard from them right after I posted this, saying that my wpa is here but the picks are now back-ordered; hopefully only another month for those!

Had an extremely positive experience using vapornation. I ordered a few things that ended up being on backorder but Jordan, the customer service rep who worked with me, emailed about it right away to let me know about the problem. To make up for my extended wait time I received an upgrade to 2 day shipping and a free t-shirt. I will definitely order from here again in the future!

Got my lsv adapter today, only took 7 weeks. I am still looking forward to getting the ssv picks. I tried to consolidate the two items to save on shipping and hassle, but evidently that didn't work out. It's kind of a head-scratcher but I believe that things will work out eventually.

ordered a da vinci car charger and snorkel, snorkel was delivered extremely fast, and they sent me some da vinci oil cans to try while waiting for my car charger to get in stock. got my da Buddha even faster from them. seriously cant wait to order more shit from them. and they're team feels like im talkin to my vapin buddies!

Ordered a MFLB vape in walnut with the finishing grinder and another grinder. The price match option on vapornation is amazing. Simply because they offer so many bonuses when you order from them. So I can get another sites price with the bonus gifts of vapornation! And the customer service is amazing! Exit can you please change that animation as it is really annoying among some others. It makes it really hard to read your post as it is very distracting. I wish I remember the one other one that is annoying but if it is you with the box and some man doing some bs please for some of us who just can't take it. Animation is ok if it is mild. I can't tell you what to do but just voicing my annoyance. I have been told by members to shorten my sig and did. TIA for understanding.

I just received my Silver Surfer from VaporNation last night.
I'm happy to report that the SSV was extremely easy to use and highly effective!
Additionally, dealing with VaporNation has been very pleasant. They use a ticket system to manage customer questions. While this may seem a bit robotic at first, all of my questions were addressed by humans in a timely fashion.
My only "complaint" is that the SSV is so perfect as it is that I have no idea what to spend my store credit on. Maybe a a really big box of screens!

magic flight power adapter 2.0 came without a hitch, processing wasn't as fast as i might have hoped for, but it is the busy time of year and i opted for the free shipping too. No knocks at all on the price, was psyched to get a deal on the power adapter with the fc discount.
