I, um, finally cleaned my VM today.

It does concentrates WELL... my screen (mouthpiece part) was so very sticky. It wasn't actually gold inside. I did combust the once, at first - I had ISO'd the mouthpiece things then, very briefly with Q-tip - and I keep getting little bits of herb stuck on the edge, and then a little smoke...

It took a couple of minutes, two q-tips, and a little high-test Everclear, and it looks like new again! So amazing.

I'm in the Steama camp. Mine is "clean enough." Might have to clean the filter soon.

I have had to ISO the screen after sticky wax.

Mine got badly soiled with some qwiso the other day (I got caried away and put too much in). At first I was a little miffed but once I thought about it I realised it's now more of a protective layer for the gold lol It really makes no difference to the performance and I'm not even gonna try to clean it. I torch the filter once every month or so, wax the outside once every three months but other than that Mines just plodding along.

Long live the Vapman. One vape I would replace in a heartbeat if anything were to happen.

Sorry, what is the benefit of the top screen? Just to keep the filter clean?

It feels like I need to supply much more hit than for herbs to get things going. I wasn't sure how much I need to pack the vapman. I've placed 6-7 really small chunks on the screen. I lost the count of draws I took but only when I used extra-hit I felt and tasted it.

Once I felt I had enough, some chunks were crumblin, and some were extra-solid.

Sounds familiar to you?

I do 9 seconds of heat for the first 2-3 draws, then start cutting it back. Seems to work well.

Vapman finally got in from Switzerland! I had a quick session after visiting the post office at lunchtime, and I think it's love at first hit... :love:

This being my first flame-powered vape, I can't believe how quick and easy it was to get going. It will undoubtedly take some time to master, but my results have already been pretty fantastic.

So glad it's Friday... I'm ready for a weekend with the Vapman! :science:

I have never been a cloud chaser. but that long stem gave me some nice dense thick clouds with my vapman!!!

Ok Ed i have tried all of the pieces with flowers and all i can say is you are BEAST!!! I got nice clouds, slight peppery taste which i kinda enjoyed..made my nose tingle. I tried some shatter with that long stem and OMFG!!! I like that it cooled it down a little bit..i could enjoy the taste more. I am so high right now. @Ed's TnT you are the man. now i got to find some more shit for you to make...gotta keep you busy. the stuff you did to enhance my vapman has taken this thing to a new level. dude keep doing what you do!!!!

I've been using the Vapman with a long glass down stem from a bong, and yes it makes it a cloud beast. And then I got a bbubbler omggggg

Regarding a screen on top of the hash - it's to avoid hash getting in to the middle piece. This might not be an issue with the US hash though?

My non scientific explanation is one can do better and longer pulls with less irritation.

My friend bought two vapmen, and still felt it didn't kick hard enough. He smokes several grams of HIGH grade stuff a day, so he felt it took too many rounds with the Vapman to get him where he wants to be.

This guy is a rich canna connossieur, so I showed him Herbalizer and Cloud Xhale Evo etc etc. Then I asked him to try the Vapman with a bubbler.

What can I say? He emptied the whole bowl in one massive rip and was satisified. Ofc ;)

If you have an intimate relationship with your Vapman, like many do, upgrades and options are always opportunities worth taking advantage of.

I find that for me that the longer stem cools the vapor a little so i can pull longer and deeper which results in bigger clouds.

Sorry, I'm looking - stearing my VM on a grav lab j-hook (lotus one-in eu i find grasscity most economic) it is beautiful combo very elegant and you can put fire in the center of the bowl while hittin just like lotus
