Yea, I'll be patient. It's always hard to gauge what it's like over in another country. Sometimes I get tunnel vision and think that the world revolves around the U.S. I got to snap out of that way of thinking and respect other cultures. I remember when I ordered the minivap, I got a delay because of a national holiday in Spain.

Vapman is a small company. It's good because you're dealing with the owner/inventor/one-man-band if you will. Bad because you don't have a huge company behind him working 24/7...
I think small is better in this case and everyone here can tell you that René is an awesome guy and he stands behind his product 200%
Where else can you email a question to the inventor of the product directly?
I know that they try to take weekends off to have family time and "recharge their batteries" but we're lucky that there are a few really knowledgeable folks in this forum that are eager to help, simply because they appreciate the Vapman so much. Which is my motivation too.
But you're right, it's a mix of different culture plus small business situation.
