I hadn't used my Italian Olivewood Vapman for a long time, so I decided to give it a deep clean with acetone and some dyna wax to get it back in fighting shape. Very happy with the results and how easy it was.

Good eye! While definitely not as wonderfully aged as @Gourmet's older one (wow), the herbman is indeed in ash wood (I know, missed opportunity there with the (h)ashman...). Thank you. I personally love that it's open-grained, I think it makes it feel quite rustic.

Thank you! And I agree that our main character here, the vapman, is very photogenic.

Good question. This vape is certainly a picky eater (and finer grinds will IME generally make it perform better), but I'm currently using a grinder that produces a more "fluffy" quality, and that seems to mitigate the problem with airflow and allow you to get away with having a medium-coarse grind.

I guess it's true that you must "use it as an instrument", as they say.

I use a Lift grinder which produces that very same fluffy grind. Been using the fine screen with it exclusively for my Vapman and haven't yet tried the med or coarse screens, but i'll definely give it a shot.

I was actually looking to go the other direction with an ultra fine MFLB Grinder and Stash box. A bit expensive but too tempting not to have in the Vapman arsenal while chasing that flavor

Hello vapman community long time Vaporist and for a better part of a decade I have never pulled the trigger on this beauty, but now I am seriously considering it.

I realize u don’t get the clouds like other vapes but I have those for that but I do still want decent vapor for example like the starry 4 if it can produce similar vape to that I will pull the trigger tomorrow. I’m a huge butane vape fan my daily’s include the anvil, dynavap, rio for dabs.

If so any tips if I buy I will start from page one just taking the lazy way and askin the connoisseurs.

Wat intrigues me the most is to hit oil and hash along with flower. Not all simotaniouly lol separately.

The MFLB was my first vape, and I have then MFLB grinder. If you want "powdered" level of a fine grind, it does that. Though, I hadn't thought about using it with my Vapman...which has me wanting to go try that soon.

I love the Vapman for hash. I just heat until I see vapor wisps dancing out of the tip, hit and repeat. Honestly it's more intuitive than most vaporizers, really elegant design.

Although most of us use it as a flavor sipper, you definitely can get some nice clouds. Watch this post.

The super fine grind we're currently talking about helps with visible vapor production. But you don't need clouds to get there...

1. Close to the pole as possible - kind of flipped over cone.

2. You try to get maximal surface on the pan.
The pole almost untouched.
Of course you don’t flip too much the vapman during the “heating-vaping” process.

2, but I don’t worry about it much.

Just had my first session in almost a year. The flavor blows my Mighty and Dynavap out of the water.

Still hits hard for me with very little material. Dat efficiency!

And of course my interest in the Station is back again.

I forgot the 3-rd and 4-th option:
