In general, I feel like it’s becoming more and more obvious that the Vapman is being geared toward commercialism. I find that really unfortunate, because it’s exactly the refinement and attention to detail that make this device so unique and special. That’s probably also the reason why so many people find this little device so amazing.Oh, I see. Hmmm. Glad I got the "right" piece but it seems a little unsatisfactory tbh. Oh well maybe I can give it a handle - stick it on the laterbase.
Thanks for the info though.
That said, the painting part doesn’t really bother me all that much. I can understand wanting to lower the price to make it more accessible to a broader audience. But I think there should also be a premium, handcrafted version available—something that’s allowed to be more expensive, but in return is 100% flawless, made with exotic woods, and finished to perfection.
Don’t get me wrong — I genuinely like all versions of the Vapman. But anyone who owns a V1 knows exactly what I mean. A V2 with the craftsmanship of the Swiss-made version would be my personal dream. In general, I feel like it’s becoming more and more obvious that the Vapman is being geared toward commercialism.
