Hello,
I want to share my experience with buying a lotus.
I decided to add a second vape to my collection and I bought a lotus.
When I got it home, I found that the lotus had a crack on the wooden part and after unscrewing the metal plates, it continued inside. Under a magnifying glass, I saw that the crack was glued together with glue, but it had not been sanded down, so the edges of the crack were not aligned.
This surprised me a little at first, disappointed me and then annoyed me, because I have always considered this company's products to be first-class and I found it strange that they could release this into the world.
Furthermore, when I disassembled the unit, I found that the plates were bent inside and out and one of the screws holding the plates could not be tightened at all and was crooked.
So I wrote to the manufacturers and a lively communication started, lasting about a week, during which I only vented my dissatisfaction and disappointment and waited to see how the manufacturer would react.
I must admit that the communication was very fast and to the point and I was very quickly offered to send me a replacement for the broken part.
They sent me a new lotus cap without me having to send the original lotus back.
I would like to thank the company Inhale on this forum for how they approached this problem.
It is good to know that they value the satisfaction of individual users and care about maintaining quality.
The vapman and lotus vaporizers are exceptional products, both from a craftsmanship point of view and visually and functionally.
They still have a place in my heart, I recommend them to my friends, if they are able to appreciate their specifics, because of course they do not have to represent the most ideal vaporizer for everyone.
Please, remain loyal to vapman, and if such a misfortune happens and you receive a not entirely well-made piece, do not wave your hand, but in the interest of yourself and the product itself, give the manufacturer feedback.
I think that everyone, but especially vapman and lotus, deserve it.
I look forward to more products that will still be of the same quality as now, and will not be subject to current optimization trends and various business practices that only try to reduce costs, etc.
It's great that such companies still exist in the world and I wish them continued success in fulfilling their visions.
Hurray
