But your statement that "I am thoroughly enjoying the strong effects it gives me" proves that it's producing vapor just fine. It's a smallish portable where you're loading small amounts of herb, so you'll see a small amount of vapor on exhale. If you want to see big vapor clouds on exhale, you'll need to use a model that's a bigger hitter, usually an AC model. Just keep in mind that big clouds of exhaled vapor means wasted vapor. You can't process a huge hit with a 2 sec. inhale. My main disappointment is with the amount of vapor that seems to be produced
That's up to you but a harder draw means a lower vaping temp. Draw speed is a factor in the temp you're getting in the bowl.-Should I be inhaling harder?
Just experiment and find what suits you.-How much herb should I put in the unit for optimum performance and do I pack it down or leave it?
It's personal preference. Some don't like to take a bowl up to the high temp vapor range, and others do.-What is the best temperature?
There are too many variables for an answer to that question. #1 is the draw time itself. For some it's a short little puff. For others a draw can be 10 sec. or more. The herb is done when you no longer get vapor at the temp you're using. You can start vaping at a lower temp (recommended) and move up, which means your vapor production may trail off several times before the bowl is done.-How many draws should I be getting before my herb is fully spent?
i prefer my PAX over my No2.One of my good friends smokes for medical reasons, but he hasn't been able to afford a vape, so he just uses a crappy little bong... I was gonna sell him my NO2 for a pretty cheap price since I was thinking of getting a PAX and or Inhalater XP.
I'm just wondering, if anyone here (other than Vitolo obviously haha) has experience with both of them, if there's a "niche" the NO2 fills the PAX doesn't...
Thanks!
although some do try to put the screen at the rim...(there is even a vid about it)..
The ACTUAL technical detail is that the screen goes all the way in.
Some raise the screen to save on herb(smaller load).... some say it gets the heat to circulate a bit, as in aconvection as opposed to conduction.
I tried both, and the unit seemed to work best as INSTRUCTIONS dictate.. with screen at bottom.
Other opinions will vary.
I base my statements on the fact that I used my NO2 with screen in upper position for a month ( a mediocre vapor month)... and have used my NO2 as instructed for 2 years(two great vapor production years).
Be sure there is NO buildup of ABV on the small top screen.I have not done any cleaning yet and don't think it is necessary at this point.
Hello,
My girlfriend bought me the NO2 for my birthday after considerable research. We are ecigarette converts and the NO2 was the next step in an all vape lifestyle.
So far, I have only used it a few times and I have mixed feelings on it so far.
First post and it has typos.... U can tell what my current state is"grooving" I want to ensure that I am getting the best performance possible! Excuse me guys...... I'm highWhat's good everyone. I'm brand new to the vaporizer game and I was hoping some of you distinguished prescribers of herbal remedies could put me on the path to a healthiest way to enjoy my medicine. I have the No2 Vapir which was given to me by a ex prescriber that wanted me to step my game up. I went into all of this butt naked so it's been all trial and error. I'm enjoying it so far but I ensure I'm getting the best performance out of my new toy.. Any help is welcome from temp to amount of medicine or to how many vapes I should get in one session. How do you know when it's done? I'm on board, I will never buy another cigar or wrap again!!! I still like the RAW papers tho
