OMG i just received my unit today and its flawless. it looked so innocent but my god it knocked me on my ass in moments, the vertigo tube just fills so quickly. My head is still spinning, im not coming down from this high for hours. the flavor from the herb is so fresh and smoothly enters the lungs. it is true the unit itself will get extremely warm to touch, and the unit itself does make ticking noises quite constantly but nothing i can't get used too. My vertigo tube seems to be perfect maybe i'm not looking carefully though. Overall i'm blown away by the cloud it's perfection, i can't find anything wrong with this holy object. The clouds are huge, big or little pull your getting a room full of vapor. i'll add more later...when i'm in the right state of mind:rofl:

yep ive been waiting since 2010 as well... trying my friends just made it worse!!! I CANT WAIT!!!

Did everyone that ordered and received a vertigo get a colorful vertigo brand on glass? or were they clear?

I'm thrilled that you are enjoying your unit. To answer your question, the first batch of Vertigo's had his old logo sandblasted onto them. This was back when he was using a cursive script as his logo. Now, he has switched to a new style which is what are on the current generation of HydraTrees and what you see on his bubblers and tubes at ALT. I guess you could say the sandblasted ones are a bit of a collector's item but I like the new logo myself since it doesn't resemble Sovereignty's logo anymore.

Wow! Love seeing all the new folks getting their Clouds. Sorry for those still waiting but I do believe it's well worth the wait and I did my pre-order eons ago.

I'm not much of a review writer but I can easily say I am in love with the Cloud. After pulling out my SSV to let a few folks compare the two I realized quickly the SSV seems antiquated compared to the Cloud. That was last time with SSV for me. The Cloud has me spoiled. When I use a portable on the go it makes me miss and appreciate the Cloud even more.

I've tried the Cloud with and without ice. Ice is good but not necessary. Even dry the tubes hit very well. When letting others try it - with ice they busted lungs as they couldn't tell what they were taking in. I started using only water so they'd be able to gauge when to stop. I've also tried it with Roor Tubes and it works fantastically but I do prefer it with the Hydratube. I got the Vertigo and can't wait to collect others.

Low temp is fantastic. I've never found need to go about 1-2 o'clock but find starting around 11 and heading to 1 my preferred zone. The bowls roast so evenly with no fiddling! Very easy to load/unload.

I've compared the beta to the production unit and I'm really impressed with the changes made. The production unit is really well crafted IMHO. It has a very high end feel to it.

The packaging was bomb proof - I swear I've never seen such careful packaging, I could feel the pride taken in the packaging these units. I commented to my husband that the package could have withstood an explosion. Kudos!

I have not one complaint and I'm really tickled to watch this company grow. I have very high hopes :D

Just my opinion, but I am SO glad I am not getting a Vertigo with that label. I only say because I hate labels in general, and I'm really not feeling that one!

Ordered a showerhead 11/10. next week, maybe??

TSV, that info is scattered throughout the thread.
latest batch to be processed are vertigo orders through jan2011,
meaning if u ordered the hydratree by jan2011, then u got an email to order two days ago.
next up is the first batch of showerhead orders dating back to june2010.

when and what ht did u pre-order?

hmmm... i guess that new logo branding isn't too bad. thank god it's not big.
i'd rather have the sandblasted one though.

vertigo package officially ordered. case ordered.
crossing fingers, hoping i wont hate the logo when it arrives.

That new logo looks pretty nice in my opinion. A little less classy, perhaps...but it does give it a bit more of a kick-ass feel. Can't wait!

What size Pelican is that Sweetdreams? Looking into picking one of those up for myself. Did you get yours online?

i have a vertigo with the sandblast logo. imho i prefer it. my ads has a sandblast logo. I did not see any imperfections in my tube. however if the tree is the same it comes down to a personal preference. i am glad that a lot more people seem to be joining us in the clouds. :D
