I believe it's this.

John, when I figure everything out I will start an appropriate thread in vapor related equipment. Its interesting, it turns out that just as important as the cleaning unit itself is the fluid you put in it to do your task . . . it works fantastic btw . . .I am curious to hear how you use this and how effective it is. I feel that my process already works well for me and don't "yet" see a need for something like this but you have inspired me to buy lots of other little things that have helped a lot. I want a process that is the most efficient but yet can reclaim.

Well, my Cloud also just died. I've had it less than a week and it's already dead.
Like Sinclue said, the red light comes on, then the green, but no heat at all. Dead cold.
I'm so incredibly disappointed. Best vaporizing experience I have ever had that only lasted six days.
Am I wrong for feeling better that more peoples Clouds are dying.
I don't even know what to do with myself.
My Cloud was so good I don't even want to use my SSV.
God, I'm so sad. VX is messing with my head. They gave me one of the best/coolest experiences of my life, and took it away in under a week. Cruel.
I can't wait three months. I gotta figure something out.

Mine is the 110v unit.
To @meremoth and @LnL, your units where international?
I love my Cloud, but I gotta have a backup. There's not much out there better than a SSV for a backup!
