Testing them as we speak. We are just making sure all the gremlins that plagued our US models have been worked out. Testing has been going very well and I can see a launch happening by end of Q1 (March)

Congratz man, you deserve it, you've been waiting a while! I was hoping for mine to be sent out as well, but hopefully next week I guess. **ALSO, I can't hardly believe they haven't fixed their package labeling to make it more discrete.
I complained about that on this thread a few months back when I first got my cloud.
They said they were fixing that too..
The company has really dropped the ball on helping me with my warranty repair/upgrade.
They must be extremely busy with whatever, because my emails get ignored.
I wanted to pay them for a new shell installed because the sleeve made it ugly and sticky IMO.
I was told a price and promised an invoice, just to be ignored for over a week.
I mailed my defective cloud back right before Christmas, but damn....holidays are over now.
Good thing I have my supreme...otherwise.....
