Mine goes red either direction but turns green fast when its allready heated up, mine takes about 15 minutes and its awesome I use it at 12 to 2 and use a dedicated power outlet by itself uninterrupted pure power.
My cloud gets hot to touch after about 30 to 40 minute and it starts to blink red I'm not sure how long it takes but I don't think it takes a hour, I'm not sure but the. I shut it off on back on and away I go.
Anyway I'd love to have a cloud buddy but there sold out, eventually and then the grand daddy glass piece the devastator man I can't wait I wonder if the VXH will have a promotion again soon maybe a medical user discount on that awesome glass piece.
It's wishful thinking I suppose, I love my cloud I've had it for 4 months the only thing I worry about is the bamboo moves up and down if I rest my hydratubes on it or flip it upside down on glass it will slightly move I actually here it grinds like a Kreek , freaks me out makes me very careful how I use it o so gently I've always been gentle I guess it's own weight and the weight of glass pieces moves the bamboo slightly.
I did notice that the new clouds have a piece of rubber at the bottom of the bamboo and I believe white ceramic near the top around the male joint you can see it under the housing. Is this to prevent the bamboo from moving ? I know others here have mentioned it also any concerns? I know that VXH told me that it is supposed to move slightly this prevents it from breaking I guess it needs a little bit of play he said, so I'm praying it never just slips down to the bottom of the male joint heaven forbid.
Anyway that is my only concern and just a thought since VXH makes there own glass now and going the bent neck hydratube now are the straight hydratubes being discontinued? Like the hydratree, hydracirc, hydraline, evolver, shower dome. All the old style straight neck tubes there all sold out now when there gone is that it for that generation and style of hydratubes?
Just wondering it would make sense to me its way more comfortable to use a bent neck hydratube then bending over all the time my neck gets sore to be honest.
That's why I want the devistator.
