Check out the Pax thread, i'm not alone. But if 70% works for you then good for you. Maybe look into Costco for better cost savings options.
I'm quite thankful for VXL's presence here, and I disagree about the resources. When a question is asked three plus times and never answered, you may wonder if these botanicals that are advertised are just a cover to help their sales/operation. There is no reason not to answer certain questions when SM55 and Troi are reading this thread practically every day. We are a MASSIVE source of their sales presently, and I just think that the occasional updates would only help future customers, myself being one of them. What happened to the hounds being released and their new manufacturing/fufillment process?
Weren't the new HT's supposed to be released by now?
Before people continue to make assumptions of what we are doing and what we aren't doing, I'll nip this one in the bud. We read this thread every day but it is less than 1% of what I need to do on any given day. If I miss a few questions here and there, it happens. We aren't intentionally avoiding questions.

RE: Botanicals - we are swamped with trying to produce Clouds and fulfill orders. We have 5 people, two of which are full time. We try to spend our time doing the things that will benefit the most people. More people are interested in Clouds than botanicals now, so we are focusing on producing Clouds for the time being. When we get more bandwidth, we'll get the botanicals out for sale. It is not a cover up, it is just not a priority for many people relative to those that want Clouds.
RE: New manufacturing process - better to get it right, then to get it done fast. That is what we've learned.
RE: FC being a MASSIVE source of orders. Initially yes, but currently no. What percentage this forum comprises of our customer base is inconsequential to us. Whether this was a small part or large part of our revenue, we'd treat you guys with the same respect as we do for all of our customers.
You may disagree with the way we utilize our resources but I know that in the 7-8 minutes it took me to write this response, I could have been doing things to ensure that we had a continuity of supply of parts to continue making Clouds, packing and shipping Clouds, and making sure a happy customer gets their Cloud as soon as possible. Hopefully, this response gave some insight into the questions you had.
