Discontinued VapeXhale Cloud

Hey guys, can you elaborate on WHY it's your fav? What makes it better than any HT? I'm just trying to figure out if I should start saving for a nice piece of glass. I always thought they were overkill for vapor, and designed for combustion.

Did anyone get a busted link when they hit the "view your order online" on the Cloud's email receipt? I'm hoping that doesn't affect the shipment of the Cloud. thanks!

Several reasons. I have huge lungs... I like a water pipe that can pretty much max out my lung capacity. I also find that the 65t had a wide diameter chamber... so you can fill the chamber and then suck it down all at once... It gives you a stronger more concentrated hit. Also after being a 9 year water pipe smoker it is really hard to ditch a water pipe. The Hydra Tubes are really close in the experience to a Water Pipe. I think I prefer the experience if pulling The Cloud off of a glass water pipe versus pulling the glass off of the cloud. It is a subtle different but with my OCD and habitual nature the ritual feels a little different. The Mobius 65t also does a good job of diffusing the vapor and bubbling up on me. I like that... just feels good to me. Don't get me wrong I like the Hydra Tubes... I think if you you try them and feel satisfied you should not feel compelled to go out and get a water pipe.

Thanks Slightly! I too have massive lungs (7+ litres), but find that if I draw on the HT for long enough to kind of milk it, I almost pretty much run out of breath and have a difficult time inhaling everything. Perhaps I could shorten the draw, but then the milk isn't there.

Bingo!!! Yes!!! I wasn't planning on collecting glass but I see my self checking out glass porn on a daily basis just waiting to pull the trigger on my a new piece of high end glass.

I agree

I find the HTs aren't about milking or visual as much as just pure function. It is vape "exhale" after all ;)

I like how the HTs seem to "focus" the hit and increase flavor over my fritted disc. I am experimenting with taking the first hit or two with the HT for flavor, and then finishing the extraction on the fritted disc :) I also enjoy pulling the Cloud off of a glass diffuser.

Thanks for the tips t dub. Did anyone do a "burn off" of their cloud at full temp ? or have a burn off recommendation. I had mine at 12 oclock for 30 min and it seemed to still have a tiny factory smell to it. I had the VHW and know how sensitive it could be if you heated it from cold to full throttle or turned it off at full throttle. I just want to baby my cloud and haven't even hit it yet because i want to make sure i don't do anything funky to break it.

You're welcome. Mine had a smell that took about 3 hours to get rid of. I think the first hour was at the noon setting and the next 2 were on Max since I was at that point trying to get rid of the smell.

Its completely gone now, my Cloud is as close to neutral as I think you are going to be able to get in an electronic vape, but that is just my opinion, and I am probably wrong :)

cool....and yeah, i though the caps were small elbs , and Very glad you gave me a heads up to put the lid on. Is there a good instructional video on loading and inserting elb?

I promise this forum right now that "when" I forget the ELB cap again, yes I've done it twice so far, I promise to photo and post the result as it is just too funny :ko:

SliM makes some awesome videos and I highly recommend all of them.

This one by Bungles, is older, but really shows the loading of the ELBs well. Its one of my all time favs actually :)

Edited to add: I also think the Skilletools HoneyBun is a great tool to use with the ELBs :peace:

Mine had a smell, wasn't horrible, just that new metal heating smell, I let it run most of the day, resetting it when it shut off, no hotter than Noon, and noticed it was gone by the evening.

The day I got my Cloud, I ran it on 1:00 for about an hour and it still smelled. I was annoyed since I didn't want to leave it on all day so I investigated with my nose, and found that the smell seemed to be coming from the space between the black aluminum shell and the silver inner core (and not from inside the glass tube itself, phew!). So I blew into the space all around the Cloud and voila, the smell was completely gone! Hope this helps future impatient Cloud owners. :)

Excellent observation, thanks for sharing. :) I recall the same as far as the location of the smell. I did blow air through as well but didn't get an immediate result like you did.

Sitting here with my Cloud, amazed. I've determined this (amazement) to be par for the course with this vape. It just does not disappoint. From low temp, to high, the hits are amazing. As much as I loved my EQ (served me wonderfully for over a year) and even more so, my newly adopted SV2, I must say the Cloud is a completely different machine. I will keep my SV2, as the hits it delivers are huge, and it requires no power source (just the torch) and would be wonderful for camping, power outages, and a general back up. I sold my EQ a few weeks ago, to a buddy who I am trying to convert to full time vaping...It was a great vaporizer, and my first, but I do not miss it.

I love the look of the Cloud, and the Evolver HydraCirc! :)

So far, I have been using the couple ELBs that fit in the Cloud with minimal issue on the first trys. I don't have another piece ATM to train the other ELBs, and they are far too snug for my liking (they don't want to go in much at all). The two that I am using now, went in most of the way with minimal resistance at first, and now work perfect. The others, I suspect to be the 'tighter fitting ones' previously talked about by VXL. I'll be fine in the mean time with just a couple. I'll have an 18mm slide back in a day or two to train the others with.

My only slight complaint, is the temperature of the unit itself when operating. It has only been uncomfortably hot to hold a few times, and in those cases, I held it by the very bottom, kind of resting it in the palm of my hand; holding it by the feet. Otherwise, I hold it by the corners, so as to avoid the screws which are a bit warmer. This is really a minimal concern, and I am almost certain that my hands will become accustom to the temps of the Cloud, and this will become a non issue.

Also, I find that with my shorter fingernails, removing the elbs isn't the easiest, especially when they're hot. As they become more and more loose fitting, they are easier to take out. I only have an issue just getting it raised at first, sliding it out is easy enough after that. I ordered an Epik from the EpicVape website, a few days ago, and I'm sure that'll eliminate this issue as well.

All of that said, I am a very satisfied customer  and would (do/have) recommend this vaporizer to anyone! I have had one person, with quite the extensive history with cannabis use, say that it was absolutely the best method of intake they have ever experienced; more so than quality bubble hash, etc. They haven't tried a butane extracted oil, or the likes (yet) but otherwise have a good well rounded history with the herb. I have a feeling that everyone who crosses paths with my Cloud, or any for that matter, will be hard pressed to part ways with it, and will be forced to obtain one of their own.

Thank you once again, VapeXhale Labs! Your are truly wonderful people, doing a good thing. I am grateful to be a Cloud owner, I don't know how my medicine and I would get by without it.

Sorry for the long, Cloud induced post.

Thanks t-dub! Haha I might've been lucky and had less of the offending substance. :)

I recognized the smell too, back from my days of using e-cigs. Anyone who's been into e-cigs probably knows the smell when you burn off the primer fluid that atomizers are shipped with (atomizers are replaceable heating elements), and I swear that this was the smell coming from my Cloud. I read somewhere on an e-cig forum before that the source of the smell from the burn off was actually machining residues from the manufacturing process. I guess it makes sense then that the metal machined parts of the Cloud would emit the smell and not the glass airpath.
