Hi everyone!
I've been a UD fan for about 3-4 years now - and I'm really glad about it
However, the past few years I've been hopping from one country to another (europe), so it was a bit of a struggle to keep one of my pups with me all the time.
This past year I've been solely relying on a Solo. Which is a decent vape alright.
Being now really settled in the UK, I definitely had to get an Underdog!
I mean, the Solo did the job, but it can't compare with an Underdog. At all, and by numerous means. First would obviously be the beauty of Dave's pups, and the feeling you get when handling them - that's not just some other electronic device, that's an actual piece of art you have here in your palm (wooden, and warm).
Second: its efficiency. That's mental. I'd consider myself a 'heavy' user, in that I'd partake pretty much every evening, and that's been going on for the past 10 years. You know the 'switching to vaping will cute your consumption in half, or more' thing we hear all the time when comparing smoking to vaping? I can make the same exact statement, but when comparing a Solo with an Underdog. In spite of having possessed 3 pups before the one I just received, I still got smashed yesterday when I finally got my hands around the newcomer. And, obviously, I don't get 'smashed' that often any more (hi tolerance!), but it took so little material that I'm actually suspecting Amanda & Dave are actually wizards. Good thing they act for the good!
Which leads me to the final 'UD edge', according to me: the awesome quality of service you get when dealing with the wizard gang! I won't expand much on this one as everything has already been said 10 times. Well, make it 11 times now
Amanda & Dave: thanks a million for letting yet another brave pup thrive in the old continent!

I can pull nicely, but I think it was just a matter of getting the right distance and packing it up with just the right amount of air getting in. Dry it would never happen, but I can milk the nylon really well with glass. I only use a little water. Actually I take short sips at first. I pull hard at the end. Maybe it's because I have very simple bubblers.
I got 11 from the long Nylon tonight with my Grav Labs using a straight mouthpiece.

So I broke my thin glass stem, and in using the thick glass stem I noticed I preferred the draw of the thinner stem. I found a remedy though. I discovered that the mouthpiece from a W9 globe fits perfectly into the stem. I actually prefer it to the regular thin glass stem.

I'm doing pretty good I had a small heart attack last night was supposed to get out last night I guess it's good I was here.
Maybe tomorrow ,doing a couple procedures today. Arter results I'll know more.
Today I turned my nurse on to FC & UD
I spread the where ever I am.
She was blown away by their beauty.
It would be for her husband & son.
Thanks for asking this community never ceases to amaze me.
Can't wait to get home and run my dogs.

Only 6 hardcore Rx drugs with an ungodly amount of side effect's. Walgreen's made me sighn a release because they dont recommend stacking those meds. ❤ rate 170 meds get me down to 70 as long as i rest.That amounts up to10 pills a day was on 23 down to 2 back up to 10 Rx drugs are pure evil
Once we get rid of blood clot in heart we can move forward on another procedure.

Yeah, mine runs hot. I deliberately did not buy a nylon stem because I was told they run hotter. I agree with 1/3 back recommendation, that is my comfort zone with a fast-ish draw unless it is bedtime and then I slow it down.
I have a baby bong that I started vaping through with my underdog, and that helps cool and soften the vapor a bit and that helps as well.

Based on the pictures maybe you guys can help me understand it better. I don't have any material to use so I can't play with it until next week.
Is it an air core or standard core?
If it's a Standard Core will it work with a nylon stem?
What orientation do I put the basket screens into the nylon stem Basket side towards the mouth or basket side towards the heater core?
Any other must have stems besides the Nylon Direct Draw?

Looks like a standard core to me. You can use whatever stem you please. I believe you want to have the basket side facing the heater. In my opinion, it is worth having a variety of stems as it changes the experience a little bit. You can fit more herb into the glass stems if thats of any interest to you. Welcome to the pack. Looks like a standard core (compatible with all stem types), wild maple, Twig size.
RE: screens - I like basket side towards the core, that's how we install them and what we feel works best.

Man the Nylon Stem is efficient, I found a couple bits of bud amongst the teeth of my grinder, and then managed to scrape a small amount of kief off the grinder, maybe .03 of material at most.
That was enough to make one small hit, and amazingly it produced a goodly amount of vapor. Pretty Hot hit and darkened the abv significantly, I'd almost suspect burning but there was no white ash. I know I didn't use much material but are the nylon direct draws usually one hit and done sorta things?

I think most people get 2-4 good hits on average but there are variables that can take the number up or down.
Ya, I don't pack it tight and I get the first hit on nylon very solid, and the 2nd hit is little weak.. 3rd is almost non existent.. I realized though 2 good hits from the nylon gets me going a good time.. and If I want to reach sky high, another 3-4 full rips from the nylon aaaaaandddd I pass out...

Since I got my UD a week ago almost, I've been exclusively using the nylon stem because I couldn't figure the glass one out properly... Well, today, I tried smoking the ABV with the glass stem.. Filled it up and started vaping... got 2 really nice clouds with the proper effects.. so I wasn't burning the abv and that I was trying to use the glass stem with too little herb...
